فاز نابولي حامل لقب الدوري الإيطالي لكرة القدم الموسم الماضي بشق الأنفس على مضيفه ليتشي بنتيجة 1 – صفر، أمس (الثلاثاء)، في افتتاح منافسات الجولة التاسعة من المسابقة.
أحرز الكاميروني أندري فرانك زامبو إنغويسا هدف نابولي الوحيد في الدقيقة 69، مستفيداً من ركلة حرة نفذها زميله ديفيد نيريس.
وقبلها أضاع فرانشيسكو كاماردا مهاجم ليتشي ركلة جزاء في الدقيقة 56، تصدى لها فانيا ميلينكوفيتش سافيتش، حارس مرمى نابولي.
وانتزع نابولي ثلاث نقاط ثمينة خارج أرضه، محققاً فوزه السابع في المسابقة مقابل خسارتين، ليرفع رصيده إلى 21 نقطة لينفرد بالصدارة مؤقتاً.
ويتفوق حامل اللقب بفارق ثلاث نقاط عن روما، ثاني الترتيب، الذي يستضيف بارما اليوم (الأربعاء) في إطار منافسات الجولة ذاتها.
أما ليتشي فلم يستغل عاملَي الأرض والجمهور، وتلقى خسارته الثانية على التوالي والخامسة هذا الموسم، ليتجمد رصيده عند 6 نقاط في المركز الـ16.
وبعد اعتلاء الصدارة، ينتظر نابولي ومدربه أنطونيو كونتي خوض مباراتين على ملعبه «دييغو مارادونا» خلال أسبوع، إذ يستقبل كومو يوم السبت القادم في الجولة العاشرة من الدوري.
وبعدها بثلاثة أيام، يستقبل الفريق أيضاً منافسه آينتراخت فرانكفورت الألماني، ضمن منافسات الجولة الرابعة من مرحلة الدوري بدوري أبطال أوروبا.
أما ليتشي فسوف يخوض مواجهة صعبة خارج أرضه في الجولة القادمة، عندما يحل ضيفاً على فيورنتينا.
Napoli, the defending champions of the Italian football league from last season, narrowly defeated their host Lecce 1-0 yesterday (Tuesday) in the opening match of the ninth round of the competition.
The only goal for Napoli was scored by Cameroonian André Frank Zambo Anguissa in the 69th minute, benefiting from a free kick taken by his teammate David Neres.
Prior to that, Lecce's striker Francesco Camarda missed a penalty in the 56th minute, which was saved by Napoli's goalkeeper Vanja Milinković-Savić.
Napoli secured three valuable points away from home, achieving their seventh victory in the competition against two losses, raising their total to 21 points to temporarily take the lead.
The defending champions are three points ahead of Roma, who are in second place and will host Parma today (Wednesday) in the same round of matches.
Lecce, on the other hand, failed to take advantage of the home ground and crowd, suffering their second consecutive defeat and fifth this season, leaving them with 6 points in 16th place.
After taking the lead, Napoli and their coach Antonio Conte are set to play two matches at their home ground "Diego Maradona" within a week, as they will host Como next Saturday in the tenth round of the league.
Three days later, the team will also host their opponent Eintracht Frankfurt from Germany, in the fourth round of the group stage of the Champions League.
Lecce will face a tough away match in the next round when they visit Fiorentina.
