يواجه لاعب نادي ريال مدريد الإسباني النجم البرازيلي فينيسيوس جونيور، عقوبة السجن لمدة تصل إلى ثلاثة أشهر في بلاده.
وبحسب صحيفة «ماركا» الإسبانية، فإن فينيسيوس يواجه تهمة «إزعاج راحة أو عمل الآخرين» خلال الحفل الكبير الذي نظمه في ريو دي جانيرو للاحتفال بعيد ميلاده.
وأضافت الصحيفة أن القضية تستند إلى شكوى من جار المكان الذي أُقيم فيه الحفل، الذي شهد احتفال جناح المنتخب البرازيلي بعيد ميلاده الـ25 بين 19 و21 يوليو الماضي، ووفقاً للشكوى، فإن الحفل، الذي أقيم في عقار فاخر مخصص لتنظيم المناسبات، أحدث ضجيجاً كبيراً وأخلّ بسكينة الحي.
وادعى المشتكي أنه اتصل بالشرطة بسبب ارتفاع صوت الموسيقى والصراخ، فطلبت من الضيوف خفض الصوت، وبالفعل، امتثل فينيسيوس وضيوفه للأمر، لكن عندما غادرت الشرطة، عاد الصوت إلى مستوى عالٍ جداً، حسبما ذكر المشتكي.
وأوضحت الصحيفة أن من المقرر عقد جلسة استماع تمهيدية في القضية بتاريخ 6 نوفمبر، وبموجب القانون البرازيلي، يُعاقب على «إزعاج راحة أو عمل الآخرين» بالسجن لمدة تراوح بين 15 يوماً وثلاثة أشهر، أو بغرامة مالية.

According to the Spanish newspaper "Marca," Vinícius is facing charges of "disturbing the peace or work of others" during the large party he organized in Rio de Janeiro to celebrate his birthday.
The newspaper added that the case is based on a complaint from a neighbor of the venue where the party took place, which celebrated the Brazilian national team's winger's 25th birthday between July 19 and 21. According to the complaint, the party, held at a luxurious property designated for events, caused a lot of noise and disrupted the tranquility of the neighborhood.
The complainant claimed that he called the police due to the loud music and shouting, and they asked the guests to lower the volume. Indeed, Vinícius and his guests complied with the request, but when the police left, the noise returned to a very high level, according to the complainant.
The newspaper clarified that a preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for November 6, and under Brazilian law, "disturbing the peace or work of others" is punishable by imprisonment ranging from 15 days to three months, or a monetary fine.
