استهل المدرب المخضرم جوزيه مورينيو حقبته الثانية مع بنفيكا بفوز سهل على إيه في إس بثلاثية نظيفة، أمس (السبت)، ضمن منافسات الجولة السادسة من الدوري البرتغالي.
افتتح سوداكوف أهداف بنفيكا في الدقيقة الثالثة من الوقت بدل الضائع للشوط الأول، ثم سجل بافليديس الهدف الثاني من ركلة جزاء في الدقيقة 59، قبل أن يضيف إيفانوفيتش الهدف الثالث في الدقيقة 64.
وبهذا الفوز، رفع بنفيكا رصيده إلى 13 نقطة ليحتل المركز الثاني في جدول ترتيب الدوري، بفارق خمس نقاط خلف المتصدر بورتو، في حين بقي رصيد إيه في إس نقطة واحدة في المركز الـ18 (الأخير).
عودة بعد ربع قرن
وكان بنفيكا قد أعلن الخميس الماضي عودة المدرب جوزيه مورينيو لتدريب الفريق مجدداً، بعد مرور 25 عاماً على تجربته الأولى مع النادي.
وينتهي عقد مورينيو مع بنفيكا بنهاية موسم 2026-2027، مع وجود خيار للطرفين بإنهاء العقد عقب نهاية هذا الموسم.
The veteran coach José Mourinho began his second term with Benfica with an easy victory over A.V.S, winning 3-0 yesterday (Saturday) in the sixth round of the Portuguese league.
Sudakov opened Benfica's scoring in the third minute of stoppage time in the first half, then Pavlidis scored the second goal from a penalty in the 59th minute, before Ivanovic added the third goal in the 64th minute.
With this victory, Benfica raised its points total to 13, placing it in second place in the league standings, five points behind the leader Porto, while A.V.S remained with one point in 18th place (last).
Return After a Quarter Century
Benfica announced last Thursday the return of coach José Mourinho to lead the team once again, 25 years after his first experience with the club.
Mourinho's contract with Benfica runs until the end of the 2026-2027 season, with an option for both parties to terminate the contract at the end of this season.
