أعلن نادي باير ليفركوزن الألماني، أمس (الإثنين)، تعاقده مع المدرب الدنماركي كاسبر هيولماند لتولي قيادة الفريق الأول لكرة القدم.
وأوضح النادي، في بيان نشره عبر موقعه الإلكتروني، أن هيولماند وقّع عقدا لتدريب الفريق حتى 2027، خلفا للمدير الفني المقُال إريك تين هاغ.

من جانبه، عبّر هيولماند عن سعادته بتولي تدريب الفريق الألماني، وقال: «شرف كبير أن يعهد إليَّ قيادة فريق بحجم ليفركوزن، بعد النجاحات التي حققها النادي في الماضي، أشعر بحماس بالغ للمساهمة في رسم مستقبله، والعمل مع مجموعة متميزة من اللاعبين، سواء من الوجوه الجديدة أو أصحاب الخبرة».
إقالة سريعة لتين هاغ
يُذكر أن إدارة باير ليفركوزن قررت إقالة تين هاغ بعد ثلاث مباريات فقط، إذ قاد الفريق لتحقيق فوز وحيد في كأس ألمانيا أمام زونينهوف جروساسباخ بنتيجة 4-0، بينما تعثر في أول جولتين من الدوري الألماني، بالخسارة أمام هوفنهايم (2-1) والتعادل مع فيردر بريمن (3-3).
The German club Bayer Leverkusen announced yesterday (Monday) its contract with Danish coach Kasper Hjulmand to take over the management of the first football team.
The club clarified in a statement published on its website that Hjulmand signed a contract to coach the team until 2027, succeeding the dismissed coach Erik ten Hag.

For his part, Hjulmand expressed his happiness at taking over the coaching of the German team, saying: "It is a great honor to be entrusted with leading a team of Leverkusen's stature. After the successes the club has achieved in the past, I feel extremely excited to contribute to shaping its future and to work with a distinguished group of players, both new faces and experienced ones."
Quick dismissal of Ten Hag
It is worth noting that Bayer Leverkusen's management decided to dismiss Ten Hag after just three matches, as he led the team to achieve only one victory in the DFB-Pokal against Sonnenhof Großaspach with a score of 4-0, while stumbling in the first two rounds of the Bundesliga, losing to Hoffenheim (2-1) and drawing with Werder Bremen (3-3).
