حسم نيوكاسل يونايتد موقفه من مستقبل مهاجمه السويدي ألكسندر إيزاك، مؤكداً عدم السماح برحيله خلال الميركاتو الصيفي الحالي، رغم العرض الضخم من ليفربول بقيمة 110 ملايين جنيه إسترليني.
ووفقاً لصحيفة «تيليجراف»، أبلغ النادي اللاعب رسمياً بقرار البقاء، ما أثار غضبه، فيما شدد المدرب إيدي هاو على عدم الاعتماد عليه إلا بعد تقبّل القرار. ويملك إيزاك عقداً يمتد لثلاثة مواسم أخرى، مع عرض من الإدارة لتمديده وإضافة شرط جزائي للرحيل صيف 2026. ورغم استمرار بحث نيوكاسل عن مهاجم جديد بعد فشله في ضم إيكيتيكي وسيسكو، فإن هذا لن يغيّر موقفه من إيزاك، مع رغبة الإدارة في تهدئة الأجواء وإعادة دمجه بالفريق من دون فرض عقوبات عليه.
يذكر أن ألكسندر إيزاك كان هو الحديث الرئيسي والعنوان الأبرز في سوق الانتقالات الصيفية لهذا العام، عقب امتناع اللاعب عن الانضمام لتحضيرات نيوكاسل لانطلاق الموسم رغبة في الضغط على ناديه للموافقة على انتقاله إلى ليفربول، قبل أن يتراجع ويقرر الانتظام في التدريبات مجدداً إلا أن نيوكاسل مازال مصراً على عدم بيعه.
وكان السويدي إيزاك قد انتقل إلى نيوكاسل في موسم 2022 قادماً من ريال سوسيداد الإسباني بمبلغ قياسي تجاوز 72 مليون يورو، ونجح منذ ذلك الوقت في تقديم نفسه واحداً من أفضل مهاجمي الدوري الإنجليزي ونجح في تسجيل 62 هدفاً في 109 مباريات.
Newcastle United has made its position clear regarding the future of its Swedish striker Alexander Isak, confirming that it will not allow his departure during the current summer transfer window, despite a massive offer from Liverpool worth £110 million.
According to the "Telegraph," the club has officially informed the player of its decision to keep him, which has angered him, while coach Eddie Howe emphasized that he will not rely on him until he accepts the decision. Isak has a contract that extends for three more seasons, with the management offering to extend it and add a release clause for a summer transfer in 2026. Although Newcastle continues to search for a new striker after failing to sign Ekitike and Sisko, this will not change its stance on Isak, as the management wishes to calm the atmosphere and reintegrate him into the team without imposing penalties on him.
It is worth mentioning that Alexander Isak was the main topic and the most prominent headline in this summer's transfer market, following the player's refusal to join Newcastle's preparations for the start of the season in an attempt to pressure his club to agree to his transfer to Liverpool, before he backtracked and decided to return to training; however, Newcastle remains adamant about not selling him.
The Swedish Isak transferred to Newcastle in the 2022 season from the Spanish club Real Sociedad for a record amount exceeding €72 million, and since then he has established himself as one of the best strikers in the English Premier League, successfully scoring 62 goals in 109 matches.
