طالبت النيابة العامة بضاحية نانتير في العاصمة الفرنسية باريس، الجمعة، بإحالة الدولي المغربي أشرف حكيمي، الظهير الأيمن لفريق باريس سان جيرمان الأول لكرة القدم، إلى محكمة جنائية بتهمة اغتصاب شابة في 2023، وهو ما ينفيه اللاعب، وفقاً لمحاميته فاني كولان.
وذكرت النيابة في تأكيد لمعلومات نشرتها صحيفة «لو باريزيان»، إحالة القضية إلى قاضي التحقيق المسؤول بغرض إحالة المتهم إلى المحكمة الجنائية الإقليمية في أو-دو-سين. ويُترك الآن للقاضي المكلف بالتحقيق اتخاذ قراره في إطار أمر الإحالة القضائي.
وتم التحقيق مع حكيمي (26 عاماً) بتهمة الاغتصاب ووضعه تحت رقابة قضائية في مارس 2023، وذلك بعد أن اتهمته فتاة (24 عاماً) بالاعتداء عليها في منزله ببولوني-بيلانكور «أو-دو-سين».
وتوجّهت الشابة بداية في نهاية فبراير 2023 إلى مركز شرطة في فال-دو-مارن، حيث أبلغت عن تعرّضها للاغتصاب من دون تقديم شكوى رسمية.
وقالت إنها تعرفت على حكيمي في يناير 2023 على منصة إنستغرام، ثم ذهبت إلى منزله بعدما أقلتها سيارة خاصة مع سائق طلبها اللاعب، حسبما أفاد مصدر بالشرطة آنذاك.
ووصفت محامية حكيمي فاني كولان، طلبات النيابة العامة بأنها غير مفهومة وغير منطقية بالنظر إلى أدلة القضية.
وتابعت: «نبقى نحن وحكيمي محافظين على هدوئنا كما كنا عند بدء الإجراءات. وإذا تم المضي قُدماً في هذه الطلبات، فسنلجأ بالتأكيد إلى كل السبل القانونية للطعن».
ورغم تكتم الأجهزة الأمنية والقضائية في فرنسا عن هوية الفتاة، إلا إن وسائل الإعلام كشفت أنها شابة تبلغ من العمر 24 عاما وتقطن في منطقة فونتيناي سو بوا في مدينة فال دو مارن.
وقالت بعض الصحف الفرنسية إنها كانت سببا في طلاق حكيمي وزوجته، الممثلة الإسبانية من أصل تونسي هبة عبوك.
وأوضحت مصادر إخبارية أن الحادثة وقعت في الليلة الفاصلة بين السبت 25 والأحد 26 فبراير 2023، عندما كان أشرف حكيمي يتحادث عبر تطبيق إنستغرام مع الشابة التي تواعد معها عبر تلك المنصة.
وبعد حديث بين اللاعب المغربي والفتاة، توجهت الأخيرة إلى منزل اللاعب في بولون، مستقلةً سيارة أجرة «أوبر» طلبها لها لاعب باريس سان جيرمان.
وداخل منزل حكيمي، قالت الفتاة إنها تعرضت لمحاولة اغتصاب، لتتواصل بعد ذلك مع صديقتها عبر إرسال رسائل سريعة قبل أن تتخلص من قبضة لاعب سان جيرمان وتتوجه إلى مركز الشرطة في نوجينت سور مارن (فال دو مارن)، حيث أبلغت الضباط بتعرضها للاغتصاب من قِبل أشرف حكيمي.
وكان حكيمي وُلد في خيتافي، ولعب في الفئات العمرية لريال مدريد الإسباني قبل انتقاله إلى بوروسيا دورتموند الألماني 2018، وشارك في 73 مباراة.
انتقل لاحقاً إلى إنتر ميلان الإيطالي 2020، ومنه إلى باريس سان جيرمان 2021، وبات أحد نجوم الفريق المتوّج بلقب دوري أبطال أوروبا 2025.
كما لعب دوراً بارزاً مع منتخب المغرب في كأس العالم 2022، الذي أصبح أول منتخب عربي وأفريقي يتأهل إلى نصف النهائي.
The public prosecutor's office in Nanterre, in the French capital Paris, on Friday, requested the referral of Moroccan international Achraf Hakimi, the right-back for Paris Saint-Germain's first football team, to a criminal court on charges of raping a young woman in 2023, which the player denies, according to his lawyer, Fanny Collin.
The prosecutor's office confirmed information published by the newspaper "Le Parisien," stating that the case has been referred to the investigating judge responsible for sending the accused to the regional criminal court in Hauts-de-Seine. It is now up to the investigating judge to make a decision regarding the judicial referral order.
Hakimi (26 years old) was investigated for rape and placed under judicial supervision in March 2023, after a 24-year-old girl accused him of assaulting her at his home in Boulogne-Billancourt, Hauts-de-Seine.
The young woman initially went to a police station in Val-de-Marne at the end of February 2023, where she reported being raped without filing an official complaint.
She stated that she met Hakimi in January 2023 on Instagram and then went to his home after a private car sent by the player picked her up, according to a police source at the time.
Hakimi's lawyer, Fanny Collin, described the prosecutor's requests as incomprehensible and illogical given the evidence in the case.
She added, "We, along with Hakimi, remain calm as we were at the start of the proceedings. If these requests proceed, we will certainly resort to all legal means to appeal."
Despite the security and judicial authorities in France keeping the identity of the girl confidential, media outlets revealed that she is a 24-year-old woman living in the Fontenay-sous-Bois area in Val-de-Marne.
Some French newspapers reported that she was the reason for Hakimi's divorce from his wife, the Spanish actress of Tunisian descent, Hiba Abouk.
News sources clarified that the incident occurred on the night between Saturday, February 25, and Sunday, February 26, 2023, when Achraf Hakimi was chatting via Instagram with the young woman he was dating through that platform.
After a conversation between the Moroccan player and the girl, she headed to the player's home in Boulogne, taking an "Uber" taxi that Hakimi had ordered for her.
Inside Hakimi's home, the girl claimed she was subjected to an attempted rape, after which she contacted her friend by sending quick messages before escaping from the grip of the PSG player and heading to the police station in Nogent-sur-Marne (Val-de-Marne), where she reported to the officers that she had been raped by Achraf Hakimi.
Hakimi was born in Getafe and played in the youth categories of Real Madrid before moving to Borussia Dortmund in Germany in 2018, where he participated in 73 matches.
He later transferred to Inter Milan in Italy in 2020, and then to Paris Saint-Germain in 2021, becoming one of the stars of the team that won the UEFA Champions League title in 2025.
He also played a prominent role with the Moroccan national team in the 2022 World Cup, which became the first Arab and African team to reach the semifinals.
