اعتمد مجلس إدارة الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم، برئاسة المهندس هاني أبو ريدة، خلال اجتماعه المنعقد السبت، التوصية المقدّمة من اللجنة الفنية بشأن تشكيل الجهاز الفني للمنتخب المصري الأول المشارك في بطولة كأس العرب المقررة في قطر نهاية العام الحالي.
وبحسب البيان الرسمي الصادر عن الاتحاد عبر منصة «إكس»، تقرر تعيين حلمي طولان مديراً فنياً للمنتخب الوطني في كأس العرب على أن يتولى أحمد حسن مهمة المدير العام للفريق.
ويضم الجهاز الفني المعاون كلاً من: ممدوح محمدي ومحمد نور كمدربين مساعدين، إلى جانب عصام الحضري مدرباً لحراس المرمى، في إطار توجه فني يوازن بين الخبرة والتجربة التدريبية الحديثة.
كما شملت قرارات مجلس الإدارة تعيين محمود فايز مشرفاً على وحدة التحليل الفني والأداء داخل الاتحاد، إضافة إلى تكليف عصام الحضري بالإشراف الفني على مدربي حراس مرمى المنتخبات الوطنية، باستثناء المنتخب المصري الأول الذي يتبع الجهاز الفني بقيادة حسام حسن.
تأتي هذه الخطوة في سياق استعدادات الاتحاد لتجهيز منتخب قادر على المنافسة في بطولة كأس العرب، وتوفير جهاز فني متكامل بخبرة محلية لمتابعة العناصر الوطنية عن كثب.

The Board of Directors of the Egyptian Football Association, chaired by Engineer Hani Abou Rida, approved during its meeting held on Saturday the recommendation submitted by the technical committee regarding the formation of the coaching staff for the Egyptian national team participating in the Arab Cup scheduled to take place in Qatar at the end of this year.
According to the official statement issued by the federation via the "X" platform, it was decided to appoint Helmy Toulane as the head coach of the national team for the Arab Cup, with Ahmed Hassan taking on the role of the team’s general manager.
The coaching staff includes: Mamdouh Mohamady and Mohamed Nour as assistant coaches, along with Essam El-Hadary as the goalkeepers' coach, as part of a technical approach that balances experience with modern coaching practices.
The board's decisions also included appointing Mahmoud Fayez as the supervisor of the technical analysis and performance unit within the federation, in addition to assigning Essam El-Hadary to oversee the technical training of the goalkeeping coaches of the national teams, except for the Egyptian national team, which follows the coaching staff led by Hossam Hassan.
This step comes as part of the federation's preparations to equip a team capable of competing in the Arab Cup and to provide a comprehensive coaching staff with local expertise to closely monitor the national players.
