أعلنت مصادر عسكرية يمنية أن الدفاعات الجوية تصدت لمسيرة حوثية في سماء مدينة المخا، اليوم (الإثنين)، بعد ساعات على رصد مسيرات استطلاعية فوق عدد من المنشآت الحيوية بالعاصمة المؤقتة عدن، تم التصدي لها من قبل الدفاعات الجوية.
وفي محافظة مأرب، استهدفت مدفعية الجيش اليمني مركزا للسيطرة، ومنصات لإطلاق الصواريخ وثكنات للمليشيات الحوثية في جبل هيلان غرب المحافظة. كما استهدفت منصات أخرى لإطلاق الصواريخ في مديرية الجوبة جنوب مأرب.
وقال المركز الإعلامي للجيش اليمني في تعز إن اشتباكات عنيفة دارت مساء أمس (الأحد) بين القوات الحكومية ومليشيات الحوثي شمال غربي المدينة استمرت عدة ساعات، دون ذكر أي تفاصيل إضافية.
وكان الجيش اليمني أعلن مساء أمس أنه تصدى لموجة جديدة من الهجمات التي شنها الحوثيون على المخا باستخدام الصواريخ والطائرات المسيّرة. وأكد أنه لن يتوانى عن التصدي لتلك الهجمات التي تشنها المليشيات.
وشهدت مدينة المخا، منذ صباح الأحد، هجوماً حوثياً استهدف المدينة ومرافقها الحيوية. وكشف مصدر عسكري يمني أن مليشيات الحوثي أطلقت 30 صاروخا باليستيا على الأعيان المدنية في المخا.
وأفاد المصدر بأن الحوثيين استهدفوا مستشفيات ومساكن ومؤسسات مدنية في المخا. وأوضحت مصادر طبية يمنية أن قصف الحوثيين على المخا أودى بحياة 8 أشخاص وأصاب 26 آخرين.
وتزامن التصعيد الحوثي في اليمن وتهديد الجماعة للسفن التجارية والتلويح بإغلاق باب المندب، مع شل إيران عملياً حركة الملاحة في مضيق هرمز الذي أصبح بؤرة التوتر الرئيسية بين طهران وواشنطن في خضم الجهود المبذولة لإنهاء الحرب التي اندلعت مع شن الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل ضربات على إيران في أواخر فبراير الماضي.
Yemeni military sources announced that air defenses intercepted a Houthi drone in the skies over the city of Al-Mokha today (Monday), just hours after reconnaissance drones were spotted over several vital facilities in the temporary capital, Aden, which were also intercepted by air defenses.
In Marib Governorate, the Yemeni army's artillery targeted a control center, missile launch platforms, and militia barracks in Jabal Helan, west of the governorate. Additional missile launch platforms were also targeted in the Al-Jawbah district, south of Marib.
The media center of the Yemeni army in Taiz reported that intense clashes took place last night (Sunday) between government forces and Houthi militias in the northwestern part of the city, lasting several hours, without providing any additional details.
The Yemeni army announced last night that it had repelled a new wave of attacks launched by the Houthis on Al-Mokha using missiles and drones. It confirmed that it would not hesitate to confront these attacks carried out by the militias.
Since Sunday morning, the city of Al-Mokha has witnessed a Houthi attack targeting the city and its vital facilities. A Yemeni military source revealed that the Houthi militias fired 30 ballistic missiles at civilian targets in Al-Mokha.
The source reported that the Houthis targeted hospitals, residences, and civilian institutions in Al-Mokha. Yemeni medical sources indicated that the Houthi bombardment on Al-Mokha resulted in the deaths of 8 people and injuries to 26 others.
The Houthi escalation in Yemen and the group's threats to commercial ships, along with the hint of closing the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, coincided with Iran effectively paralyzing shipping in the Strait of Hormuz, which has become the main flashpoint between Tehran and Washington amid efforts to end the war that erupted following U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran in late February.
