أكد مدير أمن العاصمة المؤقتة عدن، الدكتور مطهر الشعيبي، أن الأوضاع الأمنية في محافظة عدن تشهد استقراراً أمنياً، وأن الأوضاع العامة تسير بشكل طبيعي واعتيادي، وليس هناك ما يستدعي القلق أو الفزع لدى الأهالي والمواطنين.
وقال إن الأجهزة الأمنية تتحلى بأعلى درجات المسؤولية والانضباط واليقظة والجاهزية للقيام بمسؤولياتها وواجباتها الأمنية في حماية أمن عدن والمواطنين والممتلكات العامة والخاصة.

عدن أمن واستقرار
وأوضح الشعيبي أن القوات الأمنية، نفذت انتشاراً أمنياً في عموم مناطق وشوارع وأحياء عدن، لخلق حالة الاطمئنان لدى السكان، وتبديد المخاوف في ظل انتشار الشائعات التي تتنافى كلياً مع حقيقة الواقع الذي تشهده العاصمة، التي تتسم بالأمن والاستقرار بفضل يقظة الأجهزة الأمنية واستعداداتها التامة لمواجهة أي تداعيات، مبيناً أن القوات الأمنية تعمل على تبديد حالة الخوف والقلق لدى السكان، في هذه الأوقات الصعبة والفارقة التي تمر بها اليمن، التي تخوض فيها قواته العسكرية معركة التحرير ضد المليشيا الحوثية في أكثر من جبهة، وفي أعلى مستويات الجاهزية للتعامل مع أي مستجدات طارئة.
مستوى عالٍ من الجاهزية
وأكد أن أمن عدن خط أحمر لا يمكن التهاون أو التفريط به، أو السماح بأي تقصير، مشدداً بالقول: «الأجهزة الأمنية تستشعر مسؤولياتها في هذا التوقيت، وهي في أعلى مستويات الجاهزية للتعامل مع أي مستجدات طارئة، وقد تمت الاستعدادات بوقت مبكر مع طبيعة التحديات التي تمر بها البلد».

مسؤولية الأمن مضاعفة
وقال مدير أمن عدن اللواء مطهر الشعيبي لـ «عكاظ» إن المسؤولية على عاتق الأجهزة الأمنية في محافظة عدن مضاعفة، انطلاقاً من كونها العاصمة، وبما تضطلع به من أدوار وواجبات ومسؤوليات كبيرة، إلى جانب أنها تضم طيفاً واسعاً من المواطنين من عموم محافظات اليمن، بما تحظى به من أمن وأمان، وأن النازحين إليها محل تقدير واحترام سلطات عدن التنفيذية والأمنية وعموم أبناء عدن.
الحياة بوضع طبيعي
ولفت إلى أنه ليس هناك أي شيء غير اعتيادي، والحياة الطبيعية مستمرة، والحكومة برئاسة الدكتور شائع الزنداني تمارس مهامها من العاصمة المؤقتة عدن، وتتابع مختلف التطورات والمستجدات التي تشهدها البلد، وتشرف على سير العمليات العسكرية وتطوراتها في مختلف الميادين.
ولفت إلى أن المرافق والمؤسسات الحكومية تمارس أعمالها الطبيعية في تقديم الخدمات لعموم المواطنين.
دعوة لعموم المواطنين
ودعا مدير أمن عدن المواطنين إلى الاطمئنان، وعدم الانجرار خلف الشائعات، والثقة بالأجهزة الأمنية وقدرتها على توفير الحماية اللازمة، والتعامل الصارم مع الأحداث، وتجاه من قد يفكر بالعبث بأمن عدن.
وأشار إلى أن أمن عدن مسؤولية مشتركة بين مختلف الأطراف، بما في ذلك المواطنون في التفاعل والإبلاغ عن أي حدث قد يثير الشك أو يدعو للريبة، وأن القوات الأمنية تعمل على مدار الساعة في الاستجابة السريعة مع أي طارئ.

He stated that the security forces are characterized by the highest levels of responsibility, discipline, vigilance, and readiness to carry out their security duties and responsibilities in protecting the security of Aden, its citizens, and public and private properties.

Al-Shuaibi explained that the security forces have carried out a security deployment across all areas, streets, and neighborhoods of Aden, to create a sense of reassurance among the residents and to dispel fears in light of the spread of rumors that are completely contrary to the reality being witnessed in the capital, which is characterized by security and stability thanks to the vigilance of the security agencies and their full readiness to face any repercussions. He pointed out that the security forces are working to dispel the state of fear and anxiety among the residents during these difficult and critical times that Yemen is going through, as its military forces are engaged in a liberation battle against the Houthi militia on multiple fronts, and are at the highest levels of readiness to deal with any emergency developments.

He affirmed that the security of Aden is a red line that cannot be compromised or neglected, or allow any shortcomings, emphasizing: “The security agencies feel their responsibilities at this time, and they are at the highest levels of readiness to deal with any emergency developments, and preparations have been made early in light of the challenges facing the country.”

Director of Security in Aden, Major General Muthar Al-Shuaibi, told “Okaz” that the responsibility on the security agencies in Aden Governorate is doubled, given that it is the capital, and due to the significant roles, duties, and responsibilities it undertakes, as well as the wide array of citizens from various governorates of Yemen who reside there, enjoying the security and safety it provides. He noted that the displaced persons coming to Aden are valued and respected by the executive and security authorities of Aden and the general population of Aden.
Life in a Normal State
He pointed out that there is nothing unusual, and normal life continues, with the government, led by Dr. Sha'ay Al-Zandani, carrying out its tasks from the temporary capital Aden, monitoring various developments and updates in the country, and overseeing military operations and their developments in various fields.
He also noted that government facilities and institutions are carrying out their normal work in providing services to all citizens.
A Call to All Citizens
Al-Shuaibi urged the citizens of Aden to feel reassured, not to be swayed by rumors, and to trust the security agencies and their ability to provide the necessary protection and to deal firmly with events and those who may think of tampering with the security of Aden.
He indicated that the security of Aden is a shared responsibility among various parties, including the citizens, who should interact and report any event that may raise suspicion or cause concern, and that the security forces are working around the clock to respond quickly to any emergencies.
