وسط تزايد خسائر المليشيا الحوثية في الجبهات، اتهم رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة اليمنية الدكتور رشاد محمد العليمي اليوم (الإثنين)، مليشيات الحوثي الإرهابية باختيار طريق التصعيد ورفض كل مبادرات السلام، محملاً إياها مسؤولية عواقب مغامراتها.
وأكد العليمي في رسالة تهنئة للقوات المسلحة بالنجاحات التي تحققت، أن القوات المسلحة ماضية في أداء واجبها الدستوري حتى استعادة مؤسسات الدولة وبسط سلطتها على كامل أراضيها.
ورحب رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي بانتصارات القوات المسلحة وكافة التشكيلات العسكرية، ومكاسبها الميدانية الجديدة التي تحققت في جبهات الجوف والبيضاء وتعز والحديدة، وبما أظهرته من بسالة واقتدار في التصدي لتصعيد المليشيا الحوثية الإرهابية وانتزاع زمام المبادرة على الأرض.
واطلع العليمي خلال اتصال بالقادة العسكريين والميدانيين في مختلف الجبهات، على مستجدات العمليات، ومستوى الجاهزية القتالية، وإجراءات تثبيت وتأمين المناطق المحررة، والحاجات اللازمة لمواصلة أداء المهام العسكرية بكفاءة ومسؤولية، مشيداً بما تحقق من مكاسب ميدانية مهمة خلال الساعات الأخيرة.
وثمن رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي الدور الفاعل لسلاح الجو والطيران المسير في إسناد القوات على الأرض، والتعامل الحازم مع التهديدات المعادية وفق قواعد الاشتباك وأفضل المعايير المهنية والقانونية المعتمدة.

ولفت إلى أن القوات المسلحة أثبتت في هذا الاختبار قدرتها على الردع واستعادة المبادرة، مشيداً بالالتفاف الشعبي الواسع حول القوات المسلحة، والمواقف المسؤولة للقوى السياسية والاجتماعية، ومنابر الفكر والوعي، ووسائل الإعلام، وكافة الفاعلين الوطنيين، الذين أظهروا إصراراً متزايداً على إنهاء عبث المليشيا، وتعزيز الثقة بالدولة ومؤسساتها، وتوحيد الجبهة الداخلية في مواجهة مشروع المليشيات.
واتهم الحوثي بتحويل اليمن إلى منصة لتهديد الممرات المائية الدولية قائلاً: «إن رفض المليشيا قرارات الشرعية الدولية، لن يمنحها حق فرض الأمر الواقع على اليمنيين، أو تعطيل جهود استعادة مؤسساتهم الوطنية، وتحويل اليمن إلى منصة لتهديد الممرات المائية وسلاسل إمداد التجارة العالمية».
ودعا القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة اليمنية المواطنين في مناطق العمليات إلى الالتزام بالتعليمات والإرشادات التي تصدرها القوات المسلحة والسلطات المختصة تباعاً، حفاظاً على سلامتهم، وتيسيراً لإجراءات تأمين المناطق، مؤكداً أن حماية أرواح المواطنين وممتلكاتهم، وتسهيل وصول المساعدات وإغاثة النازحين، ستظل في صميم واجبات الدولة وقواتها المسلحة.
ووجه رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي الجهات المختصة بمواصلة رعاية أسر الشهداء، وتوفير العلاج والرعاية اللازمة للجرحى، والوفاء بحقوقهم المكفولة، باعتبار ذلك واجباً دستورياً وأخلاقياً لا يقبل التهاون أو التأخير.

من جهة أخرى، كشفت مصادر موثوقة عن مقتل قائد القوات الخاصة في المليشيا الحوثية أبوحسين الماطري في معارك الساعات الماضية بالساحل الغربي لليمن، مؤكدة أن الماطري ينتمي إلى محافظة صعدة ومتورط في عدد من الجرائم والزج بالأطفال في محارق الموت.
Amid the increasing losses of the Houthi militia on the fronts, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council and Supreme Commander of the Yemeni Armed Forces, Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, today (Monday) accused the terrorist Houthi militias of choosing the path of escalation and rejecting all peace initiatives, holding them responsible for the consequences of their adventures.
Al-Alimi confirmed in a congratulatory message to the armed forces regarding the successes achieved that the armed forces are continuing to fulfill their constitutional duty until the state institutions are restored and their authority is established over all its territories.
The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council welcomed the victories of the armed forces and all military formations, as well as their new field gains achieved on the fronts of Al-Jawf, Al-Bayda, Taiz, and Al-Hudaydah, and what they have demonstrated of bravery and capability in confronting the escalation of the terrorist Houthi militia and seizing the initiative on the ground.
During a call with military and field leaders on various fronts, Al-Alimi was briefed on the developments of operations, the level of combat readiness, the measures to stabilize and secure the liberated areas, and the necessary needs to continue performing military tasks efficiently and responsibly, praising the important field gains achieved in recent hours.
The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council appreciated the effective role of the air force and drones in supporting the ground forces and dealing firmly with hostile threats according to the rules of engagement and the best professional and legal standards adopted.

He pointed out that the armed forces have proven their ability to deter and regain the initiative in this test, commending the widespread popular support for the armed forces, the responsible positions of political and social forces, and the platforms of thought and awareness, media outlets, and all national actors, who have shown an increasing determination to end the militia's chaos, enhance trust in the state and its institutions, and unify the internal front in facing the militia's project.
He accused the Houthis of turning Yemen into a platform for threatening international waterways, saying: “The militia's rejection of international legitimacy decisions will not grant them the right to impose facts on the Yemenis or obstruct efforts to restore their national institutions, or turn Yemen into a platform for threatening waterways and global trade supply chains.”
The Supreme Commander of the Yemeni Armed Forces called on citizens in the operational areas to adhere to the instructions and guidance issued by the armed forces and the relevant authorities in succession, to ensure their safety and facilitate the security measures for the areas, emphasizing that protecting the lives and property of citizens and facilitating the delivery of aid and relief to the displaced will remain at the core of the state's duties and its armed forces.
