تشهد مناطق المواجهات بين الجيش اليمني ومليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية نزوحاً كبيراً، جراء الهجمات الحوثية العشوائية التي تستهدف الأحياء المدنية في تعز والحديدة.
وأكدت الوحدة الحكومية لإدارة مخيمات النازحين اليوم (الجمعة) في بيان تسجيل نزوح 917 أسرة من مديريتي مقبنة وجبل حبشي.
وفي مديرية حيس جنوب الحديدة، ذكرت مصادر إعلامية وحقوقية أن القصف الحوثي العشوائي لضواحي مديرية حيس أجبر 57 أسرة تضم نحو 400 شخص على النزوح من منازلها في القرى؛ هرباً من التصعيد العسكري وخوفاً على حياتها وسلامتها.
وأفادت الوحدة التنفيذية لإدارة مخيمات النازحين بمحافظة الحديدة، أن الأسر غادرت بشكل عاجل عدداً من القرى في مديريات حيس والجراحي وجبل راس، نتيجة حالة الخوف والهلع الناجمة عن استمرار القصف الحوثي، وتوجهت بحثاً عن ملاذ آمن في مناطق ومواقع بديلة شملت عويس، والقش، ومحوى العبد، والحائط، ومحل الربيع، والنزالي، والحريبة.
وذكرت الوحدة أن موجة النزوح القسري خلّفت أوضاعاً إنسانية ومعيشية بالغة القسوة، إذ اضطرت الأسر إلى ترك معظم ممتلكاتها ومصادر سبل عيشها، بما في ذلك المساكن ومواد الإيواء والأموال والمواشي، وسط محدودية كبيرة في قدرتها على تأمين الحاجات الأساسية.
وناشدت الوحدة شركاء العمل الإنساني التدخل العاجل لتوفير المواد الإيوائية والمياه والغذاء للأسر النازحة التي تواجه أوضاعاً في غاية الصعوبة، مشددة على ضرورة التدخل الإنساني الفوري.
في الوقت ذاته، أفاد شهود عيان لـ«عكاظ» أن المليشيا تقصف بشكل عشوائي القرى في الوزعية وموزع وجبل حبشي والكدحة ومناطق أخرى في مقبنة، مبينة أن الأغنام والأبقار لم تسلم من القناصين الحوثيين.
وذكر الشهود أن عشرات الأسر فرت من منازلها جراء القصف العشوائي الإرهابي على المدنيين بشكل مباشر، مؤكدين أن الحوثي لم يكتفِ بجرائم القنص للمدنيين بل يستهدفهم إلى داخل منازلهم بالبوازيك وقذائف الهاون.
في غضون ذلك، استهدفت مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية مطعماً في مفرق المخا بصاروخ باليستي وسقوط ضحايا مدنيين.

The government unit for managing displaced persons camps confirmed today (Friday) in a statement the displacement of 917 families from the districts of Maqbana and Jabal Habashi.
In the district of Hays south of Al Hudaydah, media and human rights sources reported that the random Houthi shelling of the outskirts of Hays district forced 57 families, comprising about 400 individuals, to flee their homes in the villages; escaping the military escalation and fearing for their lives and safety.
The executive unit for managing displaced persons camps in Al Hudaydah governorate reported that families urgently left several villages in the districts of Hays, Al Jarrahi, and Jabal Ras, due to the fear and panic resulting from the ongoing Houthi shelling, and sought refuge in safer areas and alternative locations including Oweis, Al Qash, Mahwa Al Abd, Al Ha'it, Mahall Al Rabee, Al Nazali, and Al Hariba.
The unit stated that the wave of forced displacement has left extremely harsh humanitarian and living conditions, as families were forced to leave most of their belongings and sources of livelihood, including homes, shelter materials, money, and livestock, amid significant limitations on their ability to secure basic needs.
The unit appealed to humanitarian partners for urgent intervention to provide shelter materials, water, and food for the displaced families facing extremely difficult conditions, emphasizing the necessity of immediate humanitarian intervention.
At the same time, eyewitnesses told “Okaz” that the militia is randomly shelling villages in Al Waziyah, Mawza, Jabal Habashi, Al Kudha, and other areas in Maqbana, indicating that sheep and cows have not been spared from Houthi snipers.
Witnesses reported that dozens of families fled their homes due to the direct terrorist shelling on civilians, confirming that the Houthis did not limit their crimes to sniping civilians but also target them inside their homes with machine guns and mortar shells.
Meanwhile, the terrorist Houthi militia targeted a restaurant at the Al Mokha junction with a ballistic missile, resulting in civilian casualties.
