كشف نائب وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي ريابكوف، أن بلاده مستعدة للاستماع إلى مقترحات جديدة حول كيفية التوصل إلى تسوية للصراع مع أوكرانيا، لكن أي مقترحات يجب أن تعكس «الواقع على الأرض».
وقال في مقابلة مع موقع «نيوز دوت آر.يو» الإخباري، نشرت اليوم الجمعة، إن الولايات المتحدة أبدت استعداداً لحوار بناء وتفهماً لموقف روسيا.
وأضاف: في هذه المرحلة، الأهم هو إلى أي مدى تستطيع واشنطن التأثير على قرارات نظام كييف ورعاته الأوروبيين، الذين لا يزالون يحلمون بهزيمة إستراتيجية لروسيا.
وأكد ريابكوف أن روسيا مستعدة للاستماع إلى أفكار وزير الخارجية الأمريكي ماركو روبيو الجديدة ومواصلة الحوار مع واشنطن، ولفت إلى أن روسيا الاتحادية مستعدة للاستماع إلى أي مقترحات وأفكار معقولة تتماشى مع الأهداف التي حددها الرئيس الروسي وتراعي الواقع على الأرض.
وأشار ريابكوف إلى أن موسكو ما تزال منفتحة على إيجاد سبل سياسية ودبلوماسية في المستقبل لتحقيق الاستقرار في هذه المنطقة.
وكان الكرملين، أعلن أمس (الخميس)، أنه ليست لديه معلومات بشأن زيارة محتملة جديدة إلى موسكو سيقوم بها المبعوثان الرئاسيان الأمريكيان جاريد كوشنر وستيف ويتكوف اللذان قادا مفاوضات مع روسيا في السابق.
وأفاد وزير الخارجية الأمريكي ماركو روبيو الشهر الماضي بأن واشنطن ملتزمة بالمساعدة في إنهاء الحرب، وذلك عقب اجتماع عقده في مانيلا مع وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي لافروف. وحذر من أنه لا يوجد اتفاق سريع في الأفق، وأشار إلى أن الولايات المتحدة تسعى إلى «إيجاد حل وسط».
وتوقفت المفاوضات بين روسيا والولايات المتحدة لإنهاء الصراع في أوكرانيا إلى حد كبير، وذلك وسط انشغال أوسع نطاقاً بحرب إيران.
وبعد نحو أربع سنوات ونصف على اندلاع الحرب، تسيطر روسيا على نحو خُمس الأراضي الأوكرانية المعترف بها دولياً. وتكرر موسكو كثيراً أنها منفتحة على الحوار شريطة أن يراعي هذا الحوار «الواقع الجديد على الأرض».
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov revealed that his country is ready to listen to new proposals on how to reach a settlement for the conflict with Ukraine, but any proposals must reflect "the reality on the ground."
In an interview with the news site "News.ru," published today, Friday, he stated that the United States has shown a willingness for constructive dialogue and understanding of Russia's position.
He added: At this stage, the most important thing is how much Washington can influence the decisions of the Kyiv regime and its European backers, who still dream of a strategic defeat for Russia.
Ryabkov confirmed that Russia is ready to listen to new ideas from U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and continue the dialogue with Washington, noting that the Russian Federation is open to any reasonable proposals and ideas that align with the goals set by the Russian president and take into account the reality on the ground.
Ryabkov pointed out that Moscow remains open to finding political and diplomatic ways in the future to stabilize the region.
Yesterday (Thursday), the Kremlin announced that it has no information regarding a potential new visit to Moscow by U.S. presidential envoys Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff, who previously led negotiations with Russia.
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated last month that Washington is committed to helping end the war, following a meeting he held in Manila with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. He warned that there is no quick agreement in sight and noted that the United States is seeking to "find a compromise."
Negotiations between Russia and the United States to end the conflict in Ukraine have largely stalled amid broader concerns over the war in Iran.
After nearly four and a half years since the outbreak of the war, Russia controls about one-fifth of internationally recognized Ukrainian territory. Moscow has repeatedly stated that it is open to dialogue, provided that this dialogue takes into account the "new reality on the ground."
