دعت المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني إلى أخذ الحيطة والحذر، وضرورة البقاء في أماكن آمنة والابتعاد عن أماكن تجمُّع السيول والأودية وعدم السباحة فيها، والالتزام بالتعليمات المعلنة عبر وسائل الإعلام المختلفة ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وذلك لهطول الأمطار الرعدية على بعض مناطق المملكة، من يوم غدٍ الجمعة حتى الثلاثاء القادم.
وأوضحت أن منطقة مكة المكرمة، ستتأثر بأمطار متوسطة إلى غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول وتساقط البرد ورياح هابطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار، تشمل الطائف وميسان وأضم والعرضيات، وخفيفة إلى متوسطة لتشمل تربة المويه والخرمة ورنية والليث والقنفذة، وستتأثر منطقة الرياض بأمطار خفيفة إلى متوسطة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول وتساقط البرد ورياح هابطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار، لتشمل السليل ووادي الدواسر.
وأشارت المديرية إلى أن مناطق جازان وعسير والباحة ونجران ستتأثر بأمطار من متوسطة إلى غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول وتساقط البرد ورياح هابطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار، وخفيفة إلى متوسطة على منطقتي المدينة المنورة والشرقية.
The General Directorate of Civil Defense has called for caution and vigilance, emphasizing the necessity to stay in safe places, avoid areas where floods and valleys gather, refrain from swimming in them, and adhere to the instructions announced through various media outlets and social media platforms. This is due to the expected thunderstorm rains in some regions of the Kingdom, from tomorrow, Friday, until next Tuesday.
It was clarified that the Makkah region will be affected by moderate to heavy rains, leading to the flow of floods, hail, and descending winds that stir up dust and sand, including Taif, Maysan, Adham, and Al-Ardiyat. Light to moderate rains will affect Turbah, Al-Muwahe, Al-Khurmah, Rania, Al-Lith, and Al-Qunfudhah. The Riyadh region will experience light to moderate rains that will lead to the flow of floods, hail, and descending winds stirring up dust and sand, affecting Al-Sulayyil and Wadi Al-Dawasir.
The directorate pointed out that the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and Najran will be affected by moderate to heavy rains that will lead to the flow of floods, hail, and descending winds stirring up dust and sand, while light to moderate rains will affect the regions of Madinah and the Eastern Province.
