في واقعة أغرب من الخيال أثارت دهشة عارمة عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، عاش شاب مصري نحو 30 عاماً من حياته بكامل صحته ونشاطه، ليصطدم فجأة أثناء توجهه لاستخراج بطاقة الرقم القومي (الهوية) بأنه «متوفى رسميًا» في السجلات الحكومية ولا وجود له على قيد الحياة.
الواقعة شديدة الغرابة، تعود تفاصيلها إلى محافظة البحيرة، وتحولت إلى قضية رأي عام فور بث الشاب مقطع فيديو يستغيث فيه من عجز الأجهزة عن إصدار بطاقته الشخصية بسبب وجود بلاغ رسمي بوفاته.
وأمام التفاعل الواسع مع الفيديو المتداول، سارعت وزارة الداخلية المصرية إلى إجراء فحص شامل ودقيق للسجلات المدنية لكشف الملابسات، لتنتهي بفك شفرة هذا اللغز الإداري القديم:
- واقعتا ميلاد بنفس الاسم: تبين من التحقيقات أن الشاب سُجلت له واقعتا ميلاد مكررتان ببياناته الشخصية ذاتها في عام 1994.
- البلاغ القاتل عام 1996: لتصحيح هذا التكرار، أبلغ والد الشاب السلطات عام 1996 بوفاة نجله في إحدى الواقعتين لإلغاء القيد المكرر فقط، إلا أن الإجراء تسبب بالخطأ في تثبيت وفاته كلياً في النظام الآلي للسجل المدني بدلاً من اكتفاء الإلغاء الشكلي!
وأوضحت وزارة الداخلية المصرية أنه تم التواصل الفوري مع الشاكي واستدعاؤه لشرح طبيعة الموقف القانوني والإداري، مع اتخاذ الإجراءات الفورية والتصحيحية اللازمة لإعادة إثبات حياته رسمياً.
وعقب فحص موقف الشاب القانوني وتأكيد سلامة أوراقه، جرى طبع بطاقة الرقم القومي الجديدة الخاصة به وتسليمها له يداً بيد، لتنتهي معاناته ويمارس حياته كمواطن على قيد الحياة بصفة رسمية.
In a case stranger than fiction that sparked widespread astonishment across social media platforms, an Egyptian young man lived nearly 30 years of his life in full health and vitality, only to suddenly discover while attempting to obtain his national ID card that he was "officially deceased" in government records and had no existence as a living person.
The incident is extremely bizarre, with details tracing back to the Beheira Governorate, and it turned into a public issue as soon as the young man posted a video pleading for help due to the inability of the authorities to issue his personal ID because of an official report of his death.
In response to the widespread interaction with the circulated video, the Egyptian Ministry of Interior quickly conducted a thorough and precise examination of civil records to uncover the circumstances, ultimately unraveling this old administrative mystery:
- Two birth incidents with the same name: Investigations revealed that the young man had two duplicate birth records registered under his personal details in 1994.
- The fatal report in 1996: To correct this duplication, the young man's father reported to the authorities in 1996 that his son had died in one of the incidents to cancel the duplicate record only; however, the procedure mistakenly resulted in his death being permanently recorded in the civil registry's automated system instead of merely canceling the duplicate!
The Egyptian Ministry of Interior clarified that immediate contact was made with the complainant, and he was summoned to explain the nature of the legal and administrative situation, while taking the necessary immediate and corrective actions to officially reinstate his life.
After examining the young man's legal status and confirming the validity of his documents, a new national ID card was printed for him and handed over directly, ending his ordeal and allowing him to live his life as an officially recognized citizen.
