في تطور جديد لجريمة 15 مايو بالعاصمة المصرية القاهرة التي راح ضحيتها 4 أشخاص، أمرت النيابة العامة المصرية، بإحالة متهم إلى المحاكمة الجنائية، على خلفية اتهامه بقتل ابنته وثلاثة من أهلية مطلقته عمدًا مع سبق الإصرار، والشروع في قتل ابنه، إلى جانب اتهامه بإحراز أسلحة نارية وبيضاء وذخائر دون ترخيص.

ويأتي قرار الإحالة إلحاقًا ببيان النيابة العامة الصادر في 14 أغسطس 2026، بشأن الواقعة التي شهدتها إحدى الشقق السكنية بدائرة قسم شرطة 15 مايو، وأسفرت عن وفاة أربعة أشخاص وإصابة شخص آخر.
إخطار بإطلاق نار داخل شقة سكنية
وبحسب ما أوردته النيابة العامة، فقد تلقت إخطارًا بوقوع حادث إطلاق أعيرة نارية داخل شقة سكنية بدائرة قسم شرطة 15 مايو، ما أدى إلى وفاة أربعة أشخاص وإصابة آخر.
وتمكن عدد من الأهالي من ضبط المتهم وتسليمه إلى قوات الشرطة، لتبدأ النيابة العامة تحقيقاتها في ملابسات الواقعة.
وانتقلت النيابة إلى مسرح الحادثة لإجراء المعاينة، حيث جرى ضبط السلاح الناري المستخدم في الجريمة، إلى جانب كمية من الذخائر وفوارغ الطلقات.
خلافات أسرية وراء الجريمة
وكشفت التحقيقات، وفقًا لما أعلنته النيابة العامة، أن الواقعة جاءت على خلفية خلافات أسرية بين المتهم ومطلقته.
وأثناء استجوابه، أقر المتهم بارتكاب الجريمة، موضحًا أنه حدد موعدًا للقاء المجني عليهم داخل منزل أحدهم، بزعم السعي إلى تسوية الخلافات القائمة بينه وبين مطلقته.
وبحسب اعترافاته، توجه المتهم إلى مكان اللقاء وبحوزته السلاح الناري وكمية من الذخائر، قبل أن يطلق أعيرة نارية باتجاه المجني عليهم، قاصدًا قتلهم، كما أجرى المتهم محاكاة تصويرية لكيفية ارتكابه الواقعة، وفق ما أثبتته التحقيقات.
اعترافات المتهم تطابقت مع الأدلة
ولم تقتصر أدلة التحقيق على اعترافات المتهم، إذ أكدت النيابة العامة أن أقواله جاءت متفقة مع ما توصلت إليه التحقيقات والأدلة التي جرى جمعها.
واستمعت النيابة إلى أقوال الابن المجني عليه، فضلًا عن عدد من شهود الواقعة، بينهم ستة أشخاص كانوا حاضرين في مكان الحادث، حيث أكدوا ارتكاب المتهم للجريمة على النحو الذي أقر به.
كما قدمت إحدى الشاهدات تسجيلًا صوتيًا تضمن الحوار الذي دار بين المتهم والمجني عليهم قبيل إطلاق الأعيرة النارية.
محادثات تكشف تدبير اللقاء
وفحصت النيابة العامة كذلك المحادثات النصية المتبادلة بين المتهم وابنه، والتي كشفت، بحسب التحقيقات، عن مساعي المتهم لترتيب لقاء مع المجني عليهم، بدعوى إنهاء الخلافات القائمة بينه وبين مطلقته.
وأقر المتهم خلال التحقيقات بصحة تلك المحادثات، لتضاف إلى مجموعة الأدلة التي استندت إليها النيابة في القضية.
الطب الشرعي يحسم علاقة السلاح بالجريمة
وأظهرت نتائج الفحوص الفنية أن الإصابات النارية التي لحقت بالمجني عليهم نتجت عن استخدام السلاح الناري الذي ضُبط بحوزة المتهم.
كما أكد تقرير الإدارة العامة لتحقيق الأدلة الجنائية وجود آثار لإطلاق مقذوفات نارية داخل مسرح الجريمة.
وبناءً على ما انتهت إليه التحقيقات من أدلة واعترافات وشهادات وتقارير فنية وطب شرعي، أمرت النيابة العامة بإحالة المتهم إلى المحاكمة الجنائية، عن اتهامات القتل العمد مع سبق الإصرار، والشروع في القتل، وإحراز أسلحة نارية وبيضاء وذخائر دون ترخيص.

During his interrogation, the suspect admitted to committing the crime, explaining that he had arranged a meeting with the victims at one of their homes, claiming to seek to resolve the ongoing disputes between him and his ex-wife.
According to his confessions, the suspect went to the meeting place armed with the firearm and a quantity of ammunition, before firing shots at the victims, intending to kill them. The suspect also reenacted how he committed the crime, as established by the investigations.
Suspect's Confessions Matched the Evidence
The evidence from the investigation was not limited to the suspect's confessions, as the Public Prosecution confirmed that his statements were consistent with the findings of the investigations and the evidence collected.
The prosecution listened to the statements of the injured son, as well as several witnesses to the incident, including six individuals who were present at the scene, who confirmed that the suspect committed the crime as he admitted.
One of the witnesses also provided an audio recording that included the conversation between the suspect and the victims prior to the gunfire.
Conversations Reveal the Arrangement of the Meeting
The Public Prosecution also examined the text messages exchanged between the suspect and his son, which revealed, according to the investigations, the suspect's efforts to arrange a meeting with the victims, under the pretext of resolving the ongoing disputes with his ex-wife.
The suspect acknowledged the authenticity of those conversations during the investigations, adding to the body of evidence relied upon by the prosecution in the case.
Forensic Evidence Clarifies the Weapon's Connection to the Crime
The results of the technical examinations showed that the gunshot wounds sustained by the victims resulted from the use of the firearm that was seized from the suspect.
The report from the General Administration for Criminal Evidence confirmed the presence of traces of gunfire within the crime scene.
Based on the evidence, confessions, testimonies, and forensic reports concluded by the investigations, the Public Prosecution ordered the referral of the suspect to criminal trial on charges of premeditated murder, attempted murder, and possession of firearms, white weapons, and ammunition without a license.
