يستعد طلاب وطالبات التعليم العام بمدارس البنين والبنات في مناطق ومحافظات السعودية لانطلاقة العام الدراسي الجديد يوم الأحد القادم، وخوض تجربة تقنية رقمية جديدة في ما يتعلق بمتابعتهم من المعلمين والمعلمات.
وتتيح الخدمة التي أطلقتها وزارة التعليم من خلال بوابة التعليم الموحدة للطلبة وأولياء الأمور والمعلمين والمعلمات الاطلاع على المهام المدرسية مثل الواجبات المدرسية والاختبارات الفترية والتكليفات المدرسية المختلفة، كما تمكن خدمة المحادثات من التواصل المستمر بين أولياء الأمور والمعلمين والمعلمات والكوادر الإدارية بالمدرسة دون الحاجة إلى الذهاب الحضوري للمدرسة.
وأتاحت الوزارة خدمات إلكترونية عدة عبر البوابة تتمثل في نقل ولاية طالب مستجد إلى ولايتهم والتسجيل في الحافلات المدرسية ونقل الطلبة بين المدارس وتسجيل ولي أمر.
من جهة أخرى، مكنت الوزارة الطلاب والطالبات من الاطلاع على البطاقة التعريفية الرقمية لهم، وهي هوية إلكترونية رسمية تحتوي على بياناتهم الأساسية تشمل الاسم، الجنسية، رقم الهوية، المدرسة، الصف الدراسي، وتهدف الخدمة إلى تسهيل التعرف عليهم، إضافة إلى التأكد من صحة معلومات الهوية من خلال رمز QR، بغرض استخدامها لدى الجهات المختصة.
Students of general education in boys' and girls' schools across various regions and governorates of Saudi Arabia are preparing for the start of the new academic year next Sunday, and to experience a new digital technology regarding their follow-up by teachers.
The service launched by the Ministry of Education through the unified education portal for students, parents, and teachers allows access to school tasks such as homework, periodic tests, and various school assignments. Additionally, the chat service enables continuous communication between parents and teachers, as well as school administrative staff, without the need for physical visits to the school.
The ministry has provided several electronic services through the portal, including transferring the guardianship of new students to their guardians, registering for school buses, transferring students between schools, and registering a guardian.
On another note, the ministry has enabled students to view their digital identification card, which is an official electronic identity containing their basic data, including name, nationality, ID number, school, and grade level. The service aims to facilitate their identification and ensure the accuracy of identity information through a QR code, for use by relevant authorities.
