أعلن رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو اليوم (الخميس) رفضه إعادة إعمار غزة قبل نزع سلاح حماس بشكل كامل، نافياً التقارير التي تفيد بموافقة إسرائيل على نشر قوات دولية. وذكر مكتب نتنياهو، أن إسرائيل أوضحت أنه لن يكون هناك إعادة إعمار في غزة قبل نزع سلاح حماس بالكامل، وأنها غير موافقة على نشر قوات دولية في غزة.
وكانت إدارة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب أبلغت الكونغرس عزمها تخصيص أكثر من 206 ملايين دولار لدعم قوة حفظ السلام المقترحة في قطاع غزة، في أول تمويل أمريكي كبير ضمن خطتها لإعادة إعمار القطاع الذي دمرته الحرب. وذكرت في إخطار في نهاية يوليو قدمته وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية للكونغرس بأنها ستوفر 200 مليون دولار لتغطية تكاليف المعدات والبنية التحتية والمركبات والتكاليف التشغيلية لقوة الاستقرار الدولية المقترحة، كما ستخصص نحو 6.3 مليون دولار لإعادة استخدام مركبات مدرعة أمريكية لدعم القوة.
ويمثل هذا التمويل أول مساهمة أمريكية ملموسة للمشروع، ويعكس تمسك الإدارة بخريطة الطريق التي طرحها ترمب لغزة، رغم استمرار الخلافات بين إسرائيل وحركة حماس بشأن شروط تنفيذها. في المقابل، تؤكد حركة حماس أنها وافقت على خريطة الطريق، لكنها تربط تنفيذها بانسحاب إسرائيل ووقف هجماتها، بينما ترفض الحكومة الإسرائيلية بدء إعادة الإعمار قبل نزع سلاح الحركة بالكامل.

In a notification at the end of July submitted by the U.S. State Department to Congress, it stated that it would provide $200 million to cover the costs of equipment, infrastructure, vehicles, and operational expenses for the proposed international stabilization force, and would allocate about $6.3 million for the repurposing of American armored vehicles to support the force.
This funding represents the first tangible American contribution to the project and reflects the administration's commitment to the roadmap proposed by Trump for Gaza, despite ongoing disagreements between Israel and Hamas regarding the terms of its implementation. In contrast, Hamas asserts that it has agreed to the roadmap, but ties its implementation to Israel's withdrawal and cessation of its attacks, while the Israeli government refuses to begin reconstruction before the complete disarmament of the movement.
