دعا وزير الأمن القومي الإسرائيلي المتشدد إيتمار بن غفير، اليوم (الإثنين)، إلى عدم التسامح مع مسيّرات حزب الله، مشدداً على ضرورة العودة إلى الحرب.
وأكد بن غفير ضرورة أن «يضرب رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بيده على طاولة ترمب ويبلغه بأنهم عائدون إلى الحرب».
بدورها، نقلت هيئة البث الإسرائيلية عن مصادر أن رئيس الأركان إيال زامير طالب، خلال اجتماع أمني، بمهاجمة مبانٍ في بيروت رداً على مسيّرات حزب الله.
وقال زامير إن إسرائيل ليست لديها استقلالية في لبنان بسبب القيود الأمريكية.
من جهتها، نقلت صحيفة «يديعوت أحرونوت» عن مسؤولين كبار في الجيش الإسرائيلي قولهم إن هناك علامات استفهام بشأن المرحلة المقبلة في لبنان، مضيفين: «سنصر على جعل المنطقة من الحدود إلى الخط الأصفر منزوعة السلاح، ولن نسمح لحزب الله بإعادة تشكيل بنيته التحتية العسكرية».
وذكرت الصحيفة أن رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو ووزير المالية بتسلئيل سموتريتش تجادلا خلال اجتماع أمني عُقد الليلة الماضية، واستمر نحو 5 ساعات، وتناول خطر الطائرات المسيّرة التابعة لحزب الله.
وأشارت إلى أن نتنياهو طالب بحلول للحماية من المسيّرات، مشدداً على ضرورة صياغة رد مناسب، فيما طالب سموتريتش بهدم 10 مبانٍ في الضاحية الجنوبية رداً على كل طائرة مسيّرة يطلقها حزب الله، وهو ما لم يلقَ قبولاً لدى نتنياهو، بحسب الصحيفة.
Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir called today (Monday) for zero tolerance towards Hezbollah drones, emphasizing the need to return to war.
Ben Gvir asserted that "the Israeli Prime Minister must hit the table like Trump and tell them that they are returning to war."
For its part, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir demanded, during a security meeting, to attack buildings in Beirut in response to Hezbollah drones.
Zamir stated that Israel does not have autonomy in Lebanon due to American restrictions.
Meanwhile, the newspaper "Yedioth Ahronoth" quoted senior officials in the Israeli army as saying that there are questions regarding the next phase in Lebanon, adding: "We will insist on making the area from the border to the blue line demilitarized, and we will not allow Hezbollah to reshape its military infrastructure."
The newspaper mentioned that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich argued during a security meeting held last night, which lasted about 5 hours, discussing the threat of Hezbollah's drones.
It noted that Netanyahu demanded solutions for protection against the drones, stressing the need to formulate an appropriate response, while Smotrich called for the demolition of 10 buildings in the southern suburb in response to every drone launched by Hezbollah, which was not accepted by Netanyahu, according to the newspaper.
