تفجيرات تستهدف السفارة الأمريكية في بغداد

Baghdad has witnessed new security tensions following two strikes targeting elements of Hezbollah Brigades, followed by an explosion near the American embassy in the Rusafa area. Security sources confirmed that a drone belonging to the embassy was hit and part of the air defense system was destroyed, while defenses shot down another drone near Baghdad International Airport.

In field developments, two members of the Hezbollah Brigades were killed, one of whom was a prominent figure, as a result of an attack on their headquarters in central Baghdad, while another member was killed in an airstrike that targeted his vehicle in the Nahrawan area east of the capital. These incidents reflect the escalation of attacks on the headquarters of armed factions and diplomatic facilities in Baghdad.
