أعلنت السلطات المصرية اليوم (الإثنين) رفع حالة الاستعداد القصوى داخل مستشفيات سيناء لاستقبال مصابي قطاع غزة فور وصولهم إلى معبر رفح.
ووصلت خمس حافلات إلى المعبر تقل نحو 50 حالة من أبناء غزة استكملوا علاجهم في المستشفيات المصرية في طريق عودتهم إلى القطاع.
وأكد مسؤول مصري أنه سيتم استقبال 50 مريضاً ومرافقيهم من قطاع غزة، بشكل يومي، مضيفاً: أغلب الموجودين من سكان غزة في شمال سيناء يريدون العودة.
وترأس نائب رئيس الوزراء وزير الصحة والسكان الدكتور خالد عبدالغفار اجتماعاً موسعاً للجنة التنسيقية المعنية باستقبال المرضى والجرحى الوافدين من قطاع غزة.
وأوضح المتحدث باسم وزارة الصحة الدكتور حسام عبدالغفار، أنه تم حشد إمكانات غير مسبوقة ضمن الخطة، شملت مشاركة نحو 150 مستشفى على مستوى الجمهورية، مع جاهزية كاملة للتوسع وتوفير قرابة 12 ألف طبيب في التخصصات الحرجة، وأكثر من 18 ألفاً من أطقم التمريض، والدفع بـ30 فريق انتشار سريع تابعين للإدارة المركزية للطوارئ، للتحرك الميداني خلال ساعات.
ولفت إلى أنه سيتم تجهيز ما بين 250 و300 سيارة إسعاف عالية التجهيز، وتأمين مخزون إستراتيجي يغطي 1000 عملية نقل دم يومياً.
وأشار إلى أن هذه الخطة تتسق مع المعايير الدولية ومنظمة الصحة العالمية، بل وتتجاوز الحد الأدنى العالمي في بعض المؤشرات، موضحاً أنه جرى تأمين مخزون إستراتيجي من الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية، بتنسيق كامل مع بنك الدم القومي بما يتيح تغطية ما يصل إلى ألف عملية نقل دم يومياً في حالات الطوارئ.
بدوره، أعلن الهلال الأحمر المصري رفع درجة الاستعداد القصوى داخل معبر رفح، بعد أن تم الدفع بفرق الاستجابة لاستقبال الجرحى وتوديع المتعافين.
وشملت حزمة الخدمات الإنسانية توفير مساحات آمنة للأطفال، وخدمات الدعم النفسي، وكراسي متحركة لكبار السن، وتشغيل مطبخ متنقل لتوفير وجبات ساخنة، وتوزيع ملابس شتوية ومستلزمات عناية شخصية، واستقبال الجرحى، وتجهيز «حقيبة العودة» للمتعافين المغادرين.
The Egyptian authorities announced today (Monday) the highest state of readiness within Sinai hospitals to receive injured individuals from the Gaza Strip as soon as they arrive at the Rafah crossing.
Five buses arrived at the crossing carrying about 50 cases from Gaza who completed their treatment in Egyptian hospitals on their way back to the Strip.
An Egyptian official confirmed that 50 patients and their companions from the Gaza Strip will be received daily, adding: Most of those present from Gaza in North Sinai want to return.
The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, chaired an extensive meeting of the coordinating committee concerned with receiving patients and injured individuals arriving from the Gaza Strip.
Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, explained that unprecedented resources have been mobilized as part of the plan, which includes the participation of about 150 hospitals across the republic, with full readiness to expand and provide nearly 12,000 doctors in critical specialties, and more than 18,000 nursing staff, as well as deploying 30 rapid response teams from the Central Emergency Administration to mobilize in the field within hours.
He pointed out that between 250 and 300 fully equipped ambulances will be prepared, and a strategic stockpile will be secured to cover 1,000 blood transfusions daily.
He noted that this plan aligns with international standards and the World Health Organization, even exceeding the global minimum in some indicators, explaining that a strategic stockpile of medicines and medical supplies has been secured, in full coordination with the National Blood Bank, allowing coverage of up to 1,000 blood transfusions daily in emergency cases.
For its part, the Egyptian Red Crescent announced the highest state of readiness at the Rafah crossing, after deploying response teams to receive the injured and bid farewell to the recovered.
The humanitarian service package includes providing safe spaces for children, psychological support services, wheelchairs for the elderly, operating a mobile kitchen to provide hot meals, distributing winter clothing and personal care supplies, receiving the injured, and preparing a "return bag" for the departing recovered individuals.
