حذّرت وزارة الدفاع السورية قوات «قسد» من مغبة استهداف الجيش السوري أو قوات الأمن الداخلي، وذلك تزامناً مع دخول اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار حيّز التنفيذ، مؤكدة أن أي خرق للهدنة ستكون له تبعات خطيرة.
وفي رسالة مصوّرة، وجّه العميد حسن عبد الغني، المتحدث باسم وزارة الدفاع، نداءً إلى «أهلنا الكرد في سورية»، شدد فيه على أنهم «جزء أصيل لا يتجزأ من الشعب السوري»، مؤكداً التزام الدولة بحمايتهم وصون كرامتهم وممتلكاتهم، وضمان عيشهم بعزة وكرامة في وطنهم.
إقرار بالظلم على مدى عقود
وأشار عبد الغني إلى أن الكرد تعرّضوا على مدى عقود لـ«ظلم كبير وسياسات إقصاء ممنهجة» طالت حقوقهم وهويتهم، معتبراً أن المرسوم رقم 13 الذي أصدره الرئيس السوري أحمد الشرع أخيرا يشكّل محطة مفصلية في مسار بناء «سورية الجديدة» التي تتسع لجميع أبنائها دون تمييز أو إقصاء.
وأكد المتحدث باسم وزارة الدفاع أن دمشق ماضية في تنفيذ التفاهمات الأخيرة مع «قسد» بشأن مستقبل محافظة الحسكة، بروح من المسؤولية الوطنية والحرص على حقن الدماء، وصولاً إلى حل سلمي يحفظ وحدة البلاد ويعزز أمنها واستقرارها.
ملف داعش… أولوية أمنية
وذكر عبد الغني بأن الدولة السورية لا تزال في مواجهة مباشرة مع تنظيم داعش، مشيراً إلى استعدادها الكامل لتسلّم سجون التنظيم في المنطقة وتسليمها لوزارة الداخلية، في إطار توحيد الجهود الأمنية ومكافحة الإرهاب.
وفي ختام رسالته، دعا العميد عبد الغني قوات «قسد» إلى الالتزام الكامل ببنود اتفاق 18 يناير، وعلى رأسها الهدنة المعلنة، محذراً من «العواقب الوخيمة» لأي استهداف يطال الجيش السوري أو قوات الأمن الداخلي.
تقدم ميداني وسيطرة على مواقع إستراتيجية
ميدانياً، واصل الجيش السوري، اليوم (الأربعاء)، تقدمه في مناطق عدة شمال شرقي سورية كانت خاضعة لسيطرة قوات «قسد»، حيث أظهرت مقاطع مصوّرة سيطرته على منفذ اليعربية الحدودي مع العراق.
وتداول ناشطون على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي فيديوهات توثق وصول قوات الجيش فجراً إلى قرى تل المغر، وأبو كبرة، والحزومية في جبل عبد العزيز بريف الحسكة الجنوبي، إضافة إلى إحكام السيطرة على منفذ اليعربية في محافظة الحسكة.
وتشهد منطقة شمال شرق سورية، صباح اليوم، هدوءاً حذراً عقب أيام من الاشتباكات العنيفة بين القوات الحكومية وقوات «قسد»، في ظل سريان وقف إطلاق النار والتوصل إلى اتفاق مبدئي لإعادة ترتيب السيطرة والإدارة.
اتهامات متبادلة حول سجون داعش
في المقابل، أعلن المركز الإعلامي التابع لقوات سورية الديمقراطية، مساء الثلاثاء، أن ما وصفها بـ«فصائل دمشق» هاجمت سجن الأقطان شمال الرقة الذي يضم معتقلي داعش، كما تحدث عن هجمات بالأسلحة الثقيلة استهدفت قرية تل بارود على طريق أبيض – أبيض وبلدة زركان.
وكانت مصادر عسكرية سورية أفادت بأن القوات الحكومية توغلت، الثلاثاء، بعمق في مناطق سيطرة «قسد» شمال شرقي البلاد، محققة تقدماً سريعاً، وموسّعة نطاق سيطرتها على مساحات واسعة من شمال وشرق سورية كانت خاضعة لقوات يقودها الأكراد وتعد الحليف الأبرز للولايات المتحدة في سورية.
وقف نار مؤقت وترتيبات دمج
وأُعلن، مساء الثلاثاء، وقف إطلاق نار جديد لمدة أربعة أيام، يتضمن ترتيبات تقضي بعدم دخول الجيش السوري مراكز مدينتي الحسكة والقامشلي والقرى الكردية، مقابل منح مهلة لدمج مقاتلي «قسد» بشكل فردي ضمن صفوف القوات الحكومية.

Abdul Ghani pointed out that the Kurds have faced "great injustice and systematic exclusion policies" over decades that have affected their rights and identity, considering that Decree No. 13 issued by Syrian President Ahmad al-Shara recently represents a pivotal moment in the path of building a "new Syria" that accommodates all its citizens without discrimination or exclusion.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense confirmed that Damascus is proceeding with the recent understandings with the "SDF" regarding the future of Al-Hasakah province, with a spirit of national responsibility and a commitment to bloodshed prevention, leading to a peaceful solution that preserves the unity of the country and enhances its security and stability.
The ISIS File... A Security Priority
Abdul Ghani mentioned that the Syrian state is still in direct confrontation with the ISIS organization, indicating its full readiness to take over the organization's prisons in the region and hand them over to the Ministry of Interior, as part of unifying security efforts and combating terrorism.
In conclusion, Brigadier General Abdul Ghani called on the "SDF" forces to fully adhere to the terms of the January 18 agreement, foremost among them the declared truce, warning of the "grave consequences" of any targeting of the Syrian army or internal security forces.
Field Advancements and Control Over Strategic Locations
On the ground, the Syrian army continued its advance today (Wednesday) in several areas in northeastern Syria that were under the control of the "SDF," where video clips showed its control over the Al-Yaarubiyah border crossing with Iraq.
Activists on social media platforms circulated videos documenting the army's forces arriving at dawn in the villages of Tal al-Maghar, Abu Khabra, and Al-Hazoumiya in the Jabal Abdul Aziz area in southern Al-Hasakah, in addition to tightening control over the Al-Yaarubiyah crossing in Al-Hasakah province.
The northeastern region of Syria witnessed a cautious calm this morning following days of intense clashes between government forces and "SDF" forces, amid the ceasefire and a preliminary agreement reached to rearrange control and administration.
Mutual Accusations Regarding ISIS Prisons
In contrast, the media center affiliated with the Syrian Democratic Forces announced on Tuesday evening that what it described as "Damascus factions" attacked the Al-Aqtan prison north of Raqqa, which houses ISIS detainees, and also reported heavy weapon attacks targeting the village of Tal Baroud on the Abu White - Abu White road and the town of Zarkan.
Syrian military sources reported that government forces advanced deeply into "SDF" controlled areas in the northeast of the country on Tuesday, achieving rapid progress and expanding their control over large areas of northern and eastern Syria that were under the control of Kurdish-led forces, which are considered the main ally of the United States in Syria.
Temporary Ceasefire and Integration Arrangements
A new ceasefire was announced on Tuesday evening for four days, including arrangements that prevent the Syrian army from entering the centers of the cities of Al-Hasakah and Qamishli and the Kurdish villages, in exchange for granting a grace period for the individual integration of "SDF" fighters into the ranks of government forces.
