وذكر تلفزيون سورية أن الاشتباكات جاءت إثر استهداف قنّاص تابع لـ«قسد» حاجزاً للأمن الداخلي قرب دوّار الشيحان في محيط الحيين، مبيناً أن عنصرين متطوعين من الدفاع المدني السوري أصيبا برصاص «قسد» في محيط الحيين.
واتهمت وزارة الداخلية السورية، «قسد» بالغدر بقوات الأمن الداخلي المتمركزة في الحواجز المشتركة، عقب انسحابها المفاجئ وإطلاق النار على الحواجز، رغم الاتفاقات المبرمة، مؤكدة إصابة عنصر من قوات الأمن الداخلي وعنصر من الجيش، بالإضافة إلى العديد من الإصابات بين عناصر الدفاع المدني والمدنيين.

بدورها، قالت وكالة الأنباء السورية (سانا) إن «قسد» استهدفت بالرشاشات الثقيلة وقذائف الـ«آر بي جي» والهاون محيط حي الأشرفية والمنطقة الممتدة من دوار الشيحان حتى دوار الليرمون، مؤكدة إصابة عنصرين من الدفاع المدني برصاص «قسد».
وأشارت إلى أن «قسد» استهدفت نقاطاً لقوى الأمن الداخلي قرب دواري الشيحان والليرمون انطلاقاً من مواقعها في حي الأشرفية، مما أدى إلى إغلاق طريق غازي عنتاب-حلب من جهة دواري الليرمون والشيحان بعد استهداف قوات «قسد» للطريق.
تحذيرات للمدنيين
وحذّر ناشطون سوريون المدنيين من العبور عبر منطقة الاشتباك ودوّار الشيحان بسبب تعمّد قوات «قسد» استهداف آليات المدنيين بسلاح القناصة.
يذكر أن اشتباكات مماثلة اندلعت في أكتوبر الماضي في حلب، خصوصاً في محيط حيي الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية، وذلك إثر استهداف «قسد» محيط الحيين وحواجز قوى الأمن الداخلي المنتشرة على أطرافهما، ما أسفر عن مقتل عنصر وإصابة ثلاثة آخرين من أفراد الأمن الداخلي، قبل أن يعلن وزير الدفاع السوري مرهف أبو قصرة وقفاً شاملاً لإطلاق النار عقب لقاء جمعه بزعيم «قسد» مظلوم عبدي.
Syrian television reported that the clashes were triggered by a sniper from the "SDF" targeting an internal security checkpoint near the Sheikhhan roundabout in the vicinity of the neighborhoods, indicating that two volunteer members of the Syrian Civil Defense were injured by "SDF" gunfire in the area.
The Syrian Ministry of Interior accused the "SDF" of betrayal against the internal security forces stationed at the joint checkpoints, following their sudden withdrawal and gunfire at the checkpoints, despite the agreements in place, confirming the injury of one internal security member and one army member, in addition to several injuries among Civil Defense personnel and civilians.

For its part, the Syrian News Agency (SANA) reported that the "SDF" targeted the vicinity of the Ashrafiyeh neighborhood and the area extending from the Sheikhhan roundabout to the Lirmon roundabout with heavy machine guns, RPG shells, and mortars, confirming the injury of two Civil Defense members by "SDF" gunfire.
It noted that the "SDF" targeted internal security forces' positions near the Sheikhhan and Lirmon roundabouts from its locations in the Ashrafiyeh neighborhood, leading to the closure of the Gaziantep-Aleppo road from the direction of the Lirmon and Sheikhhan roundabouts after the "SDF" targeted the road.
Warnings to Civilians
Syrian activists warned civilians against crossing through the clash area and the Sheikhhan roundabout due to the deliberate targeting of civilian vehicles by "SDF" snipers.
It is noteworthy that similar clashes erupted last October in Aleppo, particularly in the vicinity of the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafiyeh neighborhoods, following the "SDF" targeting of the area and the internal security checkpoints deployed on their outskirts, resulting in the death of one member and the injury of three others from the internal security forces, before the Syrian Minister of Defense, Marhaf Abu Qasra, announced a comprehensive ceasefire following a meeting with the "SDF" leader, Mazloum Abdi.
