اتهمت الحكومة السودانية اليوم (الإثنين)، قوات الدعم السريع بارتكاب جرائم مروعة بحق المواطنين الأبرياء في عدد من مناطق دارفور، خصوصاً محيط مدينة الفاشر وبعض أجزائها، إضافة إلى الاعتداءات الهمجية التي طالت مدينة بارا بولاية شمال كردفان.
وقالت الحكومة في بيان: لقد أقدمت قوات الدعم السريع على أعمال قتل ونهب وترويع ممنهجة استهدفت المدنيين العزّل من نساء وأطفال وشيوخ، في انتهاك سافر لكل القيم الإنسانية والدينية والقانونية، وارتكاب جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية، وإبادة جماعية وتطهير عرقي منظم بحق سكان هذه المناطق، مضيفة أن ما تشهده ولايتا كردفان ودارفور من مجازر جماعية وانتهاكات وحشية يجسد بوضوح الطبيعة الإجرامية لهذه الجماعة الخارجة عن القانون، التي جعلت من العنف وسيلة لفرض واقع دموي يهدد أمن المواطنين ووحدة البلاد وسلامها الاجتماعي.
وأكدت الحكومة استنكارها ورفضها القاطع لهذه الجرائم البشعة، مشددة على أنها لن تدّخر أي جهد في ملاحقة الجناة وتقديمهم للعدالة الوطنية والدولية، وأنها ماضية في أداء واجبها الوطني لحماية الشعب السوداني والدفاع عن كرامته وحقوقه، بالتنسيق مع القوات النظامية، وبما يضمن بسط الأمن والاستقرار في جميع ربوع الوطن.
وطالبت الحكومة المجتمع الدولي، ومنظمات الأمم المتحدة، والمؤسسات الحقوقية الإقليمية والدولية باتخاذ موقف واضح وحاسم إزاء هذه الجرائم التي تعد انتهاكاً صارخاً للقانون الإنساني الدولي وتمثل إبادة جماعية مكتملة الأركان، وتستوجب محاسبة كل من تورط فيها، أكانوا آمرين أو منفذين.
The Sudanese government accused the Rapid Support Forces today (Monday) of committing horrific crimes against innocent citizens in several areas of Darfur, particularly around the city of Al-Fasher and some of its parts, in addition to the barbaric assaults that targeted the city of Bara in North Kordofan.
The government stated in a statement: The Rapid Support Forces have engaged in systematic acts of killing, looting, and terrorizing that targeted unarmed civilians, including women, children, and the elderly, in a blatant violation of all humanitarian, religious, and legal values, committing war crimes and crimes against humanity, organized genocide, and ethnic cleansing against the residents of these areas. It added that the collective massacres and brutal violations witnessed in the Kordofan and Darfur states clearly embody the criminal nature of this lawless group, which has made violence a means to impose a bloody reality that threatens the safety of citizens, the unity of the country, and its social peace.
The government affirmed its condemnation and absolute rejection of these heinous crimes, stressing that it will spare no effort in pursuing the perpetrators and bringing them to national and international justice, and that it is committed to fulfilling its national duty to protect the Sudanese people and defend their dignity and rights, in coordination with the regular forces, in a manner that ensures the establishment of security and stability throughout the homeland.
The government called on the international community, United Nations organizations, and regional and international human rights institutions to take a clear and decisive stance regarding these crimes, which constitute a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and represent a complete genocide, necessitating accountability for all those involved, whether they are commanders or executors.
