أدرجت المدارس اختبارات الفترة الأولى من الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي 1447هـ ضمن الجدول الدراسي للأسبوع الأول من شهر رمضان، على أن تبدأ مطلع الأسبوع القادم. وتأتي الخطوة الاستباقية للحد من الغياب المتوقع من الطلاب والطالبات خلال أيام رمضان وهو الامر الذي يتكرر سنوياً في مثل هذا الوقت.
ووزعت المدارس اختبارات الفترة على الأسبوعين الأولين من رمضان، وهما الأسبوعان المحددان للدراسة وفق التقويم الدراسي المعتمد من وزارة التعليم في بداية العام الدراسي الحالي، وذلك لضمان الانضباط واستمرار الحضور.
وتشدد وزارة التعليم على أهمية الالتزام والانضباط الدراسي خلال شهر رمضان وأكدت على ضرورة رصد الغياب يومياً في نظام نور الإلكتروني، وإشعار أولياء الأمور بشكل مستمر. ونصت لائحة تقويم الطالب لهذا العام على عدم إعادة أي نوع من الاختبارات للطلاب والطالبات المتغيبين دون عذر رسمي، بما في ذلك اختبارات الفترات خلال الفصول الدراسية.
The schools have included the first period tests of the second semester for the academic year 1447 AH in the study schedule for the first week of Ramadan, starting at the beginning of next week. This proactive step aims to limit the expected absenteeism of students during the days of Ramadan, which is an issue that recurs annually at this time.
The schools have distributed the period tests over the first two weeks of Ramadan, which are the designated weeks for study according to the academic calendar approved by the Ministry of Education at the beginning of the current academic year, in order to ensure discipline and continued attendance.
The Ministry of Education emphasizes the importance of commitment and academic discipline during the month of Ramadan and has confirmed the necessity of recording absenteeism daily in the Noor electronic system, and continuously notifying parents. This year's student evaluation regulations stipulate that no type of tests will be retaken for students who are absent without an official excuse, including period tests during the academic terms.
