نشرت وزارة العدل السورية، اليوم السبت، وقائع تمثيل جريمة مقتل الفنانة هدى شعراوي في منزلها بدمشق على يد خادمتها التي تحمل الجنسية الأوغندية، مؤكدة أن القضية ما تزال قيد المتابعة القضائية حتى استكمال التحقيقات وتحقيق العدالة الناجزة.
وأوضحت الوزارة في بيان رسمي أن نشر مشاهد تمثيل الجريمة يأتي ضمن إطار التحقيقات المتواصلة التي تجريها الجهات المختصة، بهدف كشف جميع الملابسات وجمع الأدلة تمهيداً لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة وفق الأصول.
اعترافات صادمة ودافع «التسميم»
وأظهر الفيديو الذي بثّته الوزارة عبر منصتي «فيسبوك» و«إكس»، المتهمة وتدعى فيكي أجوك، وهي تمثل كيفية اعتدائها على الفنانة الراحلة بضربها مرات عدة بأداة حديدية على رأسها أثناء وجودها على سريرها.
وخلال التحقيقات الأولية، أقرت المتهمة بارتكاب الجريمة، مدعية أن الدافع وراء فعلتها يعود إلى اعتقادها بأن شعراوي قامت «بتسميمها»، بعد أن طلبت منها عدم الاقتراب من الثلاجة لأنها «مسمّمة». وقالت في إفادتها: «لأنها سمّمتني، اعتقدت أنه يجب أن نموت معاً».
محاولة انتحار وقفز من السطح
وأضافت المتهمة أنها بعد تنفيذ الجريمة تناولت عدداً من الأدوية في محاولة للانتحار، وسكبت الوقود على الأرض وأشعلت منديلاً، قبل أن تصعد إلى سطح المنزل وتقفز منه، إلا أنها لم تفارق الحياة.
وأشارت إلى أنها خرجت إلى الطريق في حالة اضطراب، حيث استوقفتها سيدة وسألتها عما يجري، فطلبت منها مساعدتها للوصول إلى المستشفى، إلا أن ابن السيدة أصر على إبلاغ الشرطة، ليتم القبض عليها مساء اليوم نفسه.
خلافات سابقة وادعاءات إساءة معاملة
وتحدثت العاملة الأوغندية عن خلافات سابقة بينها وبين الفنانة الراحلة، مشيرة إلى أن سوء تفاهم وقع بينهما في نوفمبر الماضي، بعدما طلبت راتبها لإرساله إلى عائلتها في أوغندا، إلا أن طلبها قوبل بالرفض، وفق ادعائها.
وزعمت أن شعراوي كانت تسيء معاملتها ولا تطعمها، وتحبسها في الحمام وتضربها أحياناً، مؤكدة في الوقت ذاته أنها كانت تعمل لديها منذ العام الماضي، وأنهما كانتا تعيشان بمفردهما في المنزل، مشددة على أن أحداً لم يحرّضها على ارتكاب الجريمة وأنها تتحمل كامل المسؤولية.
وانهارت المتهمة بالبكاء في ختام أقوالها قائلة: «أنا آسفة للشعب السوري… لا أعرف كيف فعلت ذلك».
صدمة فنية ورحيل «أم زكي»
وكان الوسط الفني قد فُجع في 29 يناير الماضي بخبر مقتل الفنانة الراحلة، المعروفة بدور «أم زكي» في مسلسل باب الحارة، بعد تعرضها لاعتداء بأداة صلبة تسبب بنزيف حاد داخل منزلها في دمشق.
وأكدت وزارة العدل أن القضية تخضع لمتابعة دقيقة من الجهات القضائية المختصة، في إطار استكمال التحقيقات وكشف جميع التفاصيل، وصولاً إلى محاسبة المسؤولين وتحقيق العدالة
The Syrian Ministry of Justice published today, Saturday, the details of the reenactment of the murder of the artist Huda Sha'arawi in her home in Damascus at the hands of her Ugandan maid, confirming that the case is still under judicial follow-up until the investigations are completed and swift justice is achieved.
The ministry clarified in an official statement that the publication of the crime reenactment scenes comes within the framework of the ongoing investigations conducted by the relevant authorities, aimed at uncovering all circumstances and gathering evidence in preparation for taking the necessary legal actions according to the procedures.
Shocking Confessions and the Motive of "Poisoning"
The video broadcast by the ministry on the platforms "Facebook" and "X" showed the accused, named Vicky Ajok, reenacting how she assaulted the late artist by hitting her several times with a metal object on her head while she was in her bed.
During the preliminary investigations, the accused admitted to committing the crime, claiming that the motive behind her act was her belief that Sha'arawi had "poisoned" her after she asked her not to approach the refrigerator because it was "poisoned." She stated in her testimony: "Because she poisoned me, I thought we should die together."
Suicide Attempt and Jumping from the Roof
The accused added that after committing the crime, she took a number of medications in an attempt to commit suicide, poured fuel on the ground, and lit a handkerchief before climbing to the roof of the house and jumping off, but she did not die.
She indicated that she went out to the street in a state of distress, where a woman stopped her and asked what was happening. She asked for help to reach the hospital, but the woman's son insisted on notifying the police, leading to her arrest that same evening.
Previous Disputes and Allegations of Abuse
The Ugandan worker spoke about previous disputes between her and the late artist, indicating that a misunderstanding occurred between them last November when she requested her salary to send to her family in Uganda, but her request was denied, according to her claim.
She alleged that Sha'arawi mistreated her, did not feed her, locked her in the bathroom, and sometimes hit her, while also confirming that she had been working for her since last year and that they lived alone in the house, emphasizing that no one instigated her to commit the crime and that she bears full responsibility.
The accused broke down in tears at the end of her statements, saying: "I am sorry to the Syrian people... I don't know how I did that."
Artistic Shock and the Departure of "Um Zaki"
The artistic community was shocked on January 29 of last year by the news of the murder of the late artist, known for her role as "Um Zaki" in the series Bab Al-Hara, after she was assaulted with a hard object that caused severe bleeding inside her home in Damascus.
The Ministry of Justice confirmed that the case is under close monitoring by the relevant judicial authorities, as part of the ongoing investigations to uncover all details, leading to holding those responsible accountable and achieving justice.
