عقدت محكمة الجنايات في باريس، اليوم (الإثنين)، أولى جلساتها لمحاكمة 10 متهمين بالتنمر الإلكتروني على بريجيت (زوجة الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون)، وذلك لإدلائهم بتعليقات على الإنترنت تزعم أنها رجل وليست امرأة.
ورفعت بريجيت ماكرون دعوى في أغسطس 2024، إلى جانب دعوى في الولايات المتحدة، بعد 4 سنوات من الجدل والشائعات التي اتسع انتشارها وتناقلتها على نطاق واسع شبكات أصحاب نظرية المؤامرة واليمين المتطرف.

وفي غياب المدعية، مثل 8 رجال وامرأتان، تتراوح أعمارهم بين 41 و60 عاماً، أمام المحكمة بتهمة نشر تعليقات مسيئة عن النوع الاجتماعي لبريجيت ماكرون، واعتبارهم لارتباطها عاطفياً بإيمانويل ماكرون عندما كان مراهقاً يندرج في خانة الاعتداءات الجنسية على الأطفال، كونها تكبره بسنوات، بحسب النيابة العامة في باريس.
ويحاكم عدد من المتهمين بالتنمر بسبب إعادة نشر منشورات لنجمة البودكاست الأمريكية التي يعدّ متابعوها على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بالملايين، وهي مؤلفة من سلسلة مقاطع فيديو بعنوان «بيكامينغ بريجيت»، أي «أن تصبح بريجيت»، ومن أشهر منشوراتها غلاف مزيّف لمجلة «تايم» تظهر عليه بريجيت ماكرون على أنها «رجل العام».
دعوى ضد مدونة أمريكية
وكان الرئيس ماكرون قد ادعى هذا الصيف على المدوّنة كانديس أوينز، متهماً أياها بالتشهير بزوجته.
يذكر أن بعض المتهمين نشطاء للغاية على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وأحياناً تحصل منشوراتهم على عشرات الآلاف من المشاهدات.
The Paris Criminal Court held its first session today (Monday) to trial 10 defendants accused of cyberbullying Brigitte (the wife of French President Emmanuel Macron), for making online comments claiming she is a man and not a woman.
Brigitte Macron filed a lawsuit in August 2024, alongside a lawsuit in the United States, after 4 years of controversy and rumors that were widely spread and circulated by conspiracy theorists and the far-right.

Offensive Comments
In the absence of the plaintiff, 8 men and 2 women, aged between 41 and 60, appeared before the court charged with publishing offensive comments about Brigitte Macron's gender, considering her emotional relationship with Emmanuel Macron when he was a teenager as falling under the category of sexual abuse of minors, given that she is several years older than him, according to the Paris public prosecutor's office.
Several defendants are being prosecuted for cyberbullying due to the reposting of content from an American podcast star whose followers on social media number in the millions, consisting of a series of videos titled "Becoming Brigitte." One of her most famous posts is a fake cover of "Time" magazine depicting Brigitte Macron as "Man of the Year."
Lawsuit Against an American Blogger
President Macron had claimed this summer against blogger Candace Owens, accusing her of defaming his wife.
It is noted that some of the defendants are very active on social media, and their posts sometimes receive tens of thousands of views.
