ذكرت وكالة الأنباء الحكومية الصينية (سينخوا) أمس، أن وزارة الدفاع الوطني في بكين أعلنت أن الصين والمملكة العربية السعودية ستجريان مناورات بحرية مشتركة تحت مسمى «السيف الأزرق 2025»، في وقت لاحق من أكتوبر الجاري.
وقال نائب مدير مكتب الإعلام بوزارة الدفاع الوطني المتحدث باسم الوزارة الكولونيل جيانغ بِنْ، في مؤتمر صحفي أمس الأول، إن المناورات البحرية الصينية السعودية ستنطلق خلال الفترة من منتصف أكتوبر حتى وقت متأخر من الشهر الجاري.
وأضاف، أن هذه هي المرة الثالثة التي تنظم فيها البحرية الصينية والبحرية الملكية السعودية هذه المناورات المشتركة، التي قال، إن من شأنها أن تشجع تبادل التكتيكات والتكنيك بين القوات المشاركة، وتعميق علاقات الصداقة والتعاون العملي بين جيشي البلدين.
وذكرت مدوَّنة الدفاع، أن مناورات «السيف الأزرق 2025» ستزيد وتيرة التعاون الدفاعي بين بكين والرياض.

The Chinese government news agency (Xinhua) reported yesterday that the National Defense Ministry in Beijing announced that China and Saudi Arabia will conduct joint naval exercises under the name "Blue Sword 2025" later this October.
Colonel Jiang Ben, Deputy Director of the Information Office of the National Defense Ministry and spokesperson for the ministry, stated at a press conference the day before yesterday that the Chinese-Saudi naval exercises will take place from mid-October until late this month.
He added that this is the third time the Chinese Navy and the Royal Saudi Navy have organized these joint exercises, which he said would encourage the exchange of tactics and techniques among the participating forces and deepen the friendship and practical cooperation between the two countries' armies.
The Defense Blog mentioned that the "Blue Sword 2025" exercises will increase the pace of defense cooperation between Beijing and Riyadh.
