وقف مجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليمني في اجتماع استثنائي اليوم أمام مستجدات الأوضاع التي تمر بها اليمن والتطورات الاقتصادية، والأمنية، ومسار الإصلاحات الشاملة، مشيداً في هذا السياق بإجراءات الحكومة، والبنك المركزي لتحقيق الاستقرار النقدي والمالي، والجهود المبذولة من أجل انتظام دفع رواتب موظفي الجهاز الإداري للدولة، وتحسين مستوى الخدمات العامة، ضمن خطة التعافي الوطنية، التي قادت إلى تعزيز ثقة مجتمع المانحين بالحكومة ومؤسساتها، بما في ذلك إعلان صندوق النقد الدولي استئناف أنشطته في اليمن بعد ١١ عاماً من التوقف.
وأكد المجلس دعم جهود الحكومة لمواصلة برنامج الإصلاحات، وتمكينها من ممارسة كامل صلاحياتها الدستورية، والقانونية، بما يعزز قدراتها على الوصول إلى الموارد كافة، وتحسين الأوضاع المعيشية للمواطنين.
وأكد مجلس القيادة الرئاسي التزامه بمبدأ الشراكة، والتوافق الوطني، في ضوء مرجعيات المرحلة الانتقالية، وفي مقدمتها إعلان نقل السلطة، والقواعد المنظمة لعمل المجلس، بما يضمن وحدة الصف، وتعزيز المركز القانوني للدولة.
وجدد مجلس القيادة الرئاسي تقديره للأشقاء في المملكة العربية السعودية ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة على مواقفهم الأخوية الصادقة، ودعمهم المتواصل لمسار الإصلاحات الاقتصادية والمالية، وتنفيذ برامج التعافي، والتنمية، منوهاً على وجه الخصوص بالدعم السعودي الأخير للموازنة العامة، الذي يعكس حرص قيادة المملكة على تعزيز الاستقرار الاقتصادي، والتخفيف من معاناة الشعب اليمني.
The Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council held an extraordinary meeting today to address the developments in the situation in Yemen, the economic and security developments, and the path of comprehensive reforms. In this context, it praised the government's and the central bank's efforts to achieve monetary and financial stability, as well as the efforts made to ensure the regular payment of salaries for state administrative employees and to improve the level of public services, as part of the national recovery plan, which has led to enhanced confidence from the donor community in the government and its institutions, including the International Monetary Fund's announcement to resume its activities in Yemen after 11 years of suspension.
The Council affirmed its support for the government's efforts to continue the reform program and to enable it to exercise its full constitutional and legal powers, thereby enhancing its ability to access all resources and improve the living conditions of citizens.
The Presidential Leadership Council reiterated its commitment to the principle of partnership and national consensus, in light of the references of the transitional phase, foremost among them the declaration of the transfer of power and the rules governing the Council's work, ensuring unity and strengthening the legal status of the state.
The Presidential Leadership Council renewed its appreciation for the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates for their sincere fraternal positions and their continuous support for the path of economic and financial reforms, the implementation of recovery and development programs, particularly highlighting the recent Saudi support for the general budget, which reflects the Kingdom's leadership's keenness to enhance economic stability and alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.
