كشفت الأجهزة الأمنية في محافظة ديالى العراقية جريمة قتل مروعة، بعد أن حاول رجل إيهام السلطات بأن زوجته أقدمت على الانتحار داخل منزلها، في محاولة لإبعاد الشبهات عنه.
بلاغ مضلل ومحاولة تضليل التحقيق
بدأت القضية بعد تداول معلومات عن العثور على امرأة متوفاة داخل منزلها، وادعى الزوج أن الوفاة كانت نتيجة انتحار شنقاً. إلا أن التحقيقات الأولية سرعان ما أثارت الشكوك حول روايته.
الشرطة تكشف الحقيقة
وأعلنت قيادة شرطة ديالى في بيان رسمي أن الفحوصات والتحقيقات المكثفة، إلى جانب جمع الأدلة، أثبتت أن الحادثة جريمة قتل وليست انتحاراً، مشيرة إلى أن الزوج هو من أقدم على قتل زوجته خنقاً داخل المنزل، على خلفية خلافات عائلية.
محاولة مسرحية لإخفاء الجريمة
وبحسب البيان، حاول المتهم تضليل المحققين عبر ربط شال المجني عليها في مروحة سقفية بعد تنفيذ الجريمة، في محاولة لإظهار الحادثة كحالة انتحار، إلا أن الأدلة الفنية كشفت زيف ادعاءاته خلال وقت قصير.
اعتراف سريع وإجراءات قانونية
وأكدت الشرطة أنه تم إلقاء القبض على الجاني خلال أقل من ساعتين من وقوع الحادثة، واعترف صراحة بارتكاب الجريمة، وتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحقه تمهيداً لإحالته إلى القضاء.

Misleading Report and Attempt to Obstruct the Investigation
The case began after information circulated about the discovery of a deceased woman inside her home, with the husband claiming that the death was a result of hanging suicide. However, initial investigations quickly raised doubts about his narrative.
Police Reveal the Truth
The Diyala Police Command announced in an official statement that extensive examinations and investigations, along with evidence collection, proved that the incident was a murder and not a suicide, indicating that the husband was the one who strangled his wife inside the home due to family disputes.
A Theatrical Attempt to Conceal the Crime
According to the statement, the accused attempted to mislead investigators by tying the victim's scarf to a ceiling fan after committing the crime, in an effort to present the incident as a suicide. However, forensic evidence quickly exposed the falsity of his claims.
Quick Confession and Legal Proceedings
The police confirmed that the perpetrator was arrested in less than two hours after the incident, and he openly confessed to committing the crime. Legal actions were taken against him in preparation for his referral to the judiciary.
