أعلنت وزارة التربية الكويتية أمس (الأربعاء) فتح تحقيق عاجل في واقعتين تتعلقان بإقامة أنشطة مدرسية نظمت بالمخالفة للوائح والتعليمات المنظمة للأنشطة التربوية، مبينة أن وزير التربية الكويتي المهندس سيد جلال الطبطبائي أصدر قراراً بإيقاف المسؤولين عن تلك الأنشطة عن العمل إلى حين انتهاء التحقيقات.
وقالت الوزارة في بيان صحفي إنه انطلاقاً من مسؤوليتها الوطنية وحرصها على صون هيبة المؤسسات التعليمية والتقيد بالقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها في دولة الكويت، فقد تم فتح تحقيق عاجل في واقعتين تتعلقان بإقامة أنشطة مدرسية نظمت بالمخالفة للوائح والتعليمات المنظمة للأنشطة التربوية، مؤكدة أن ما حدث يعد تجاوزاً يستوجب المساءلة.
وأضافت أن هذه الوقائع تمثل مخالفة صريحة لأحكام القرار الوزاري رقم 135 لسنة 2025 بشأن تنظيم الاحتفالات والمناسبات داخل المدارس، الذي ينص على عدم إقامة أي نشاط أو فعالية إلا بإشراف إدارات الأنشطة التربوية المختصة، وبعد الحصول على موافقة مسبقة.
وشددت على أنها لن تتهاون مع أي إخلال بالتعليمات أو تجاوز للأنظمة المعتمدة. وأوضحت أن وزير التربية المهندس سيد جلال الطبطبائي أصدر قراراً بإيقاف المسؤولين عن تلك الأنشطة في المدرستين المعنيتين، بمن فيهم مديرو المدارس ومعلمو المقرر الدراسي إلى حين انتهاء أعمال لجنة التحقيقات الجارية، تمهيداً لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية والإدارية ضد كل من يثبت تقصيره أو مخالفته لواجباته المهنية والإدارية. ودعت وزارة التربية جميع الإدارات المدرسية في مختلف المراحل التعليمية إلى الالتزام الكامل بالقوانين والقرارات الوزارية المنظمة للأنشطة التربوية، والتأكد من أن جميع الفعاليات المنفذة داخل المدارس تنسجم مع الأهداف التربوية، وتخدم المصلحة الوطنية بعيداً عن أي ممارسات خارجة عن الإطار التربوي.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Education announced yesterday (Wednesday) the opening of an urgent investigation into two incidents related to the organization of school activities that were conducted in violation of the regulations and instructions governing educational activities. It indicated that the Kuwaiti Minister of Education, Engineer Sayed Jalal Al-Tabtabai, issued a decision to suspend those responsible for these activities from work until the investigations are completed.
The ministry stated in a press release that, based on its national responsibility and its commitment to preserving the dignity of educational institutions and adhering to the laws and regulations in force in the State of Kuwait, an urgent investigation has been opened into two incidents related to the organization of school activities that were conducted in violation of the regulations and instructions governing educational activities, emphasizing that what occurred is considered a transgression that warrants accountability.
It added that these incidents represent a clear violation of the provisions of Ministerial Decision No. 135 of 2025 regarding the organization of celebrations and events within schools, which stipulates that no activity or event may be held except under the supervision of the relevant educational activity departments and after obtaining prior approval.
It stressed that it will not tolerate any breach of instructions or violation of established regulations. It clarified that the Minister of Education, Engineer Sayed Jalal Al-Tabtabai, issued a decision to suspend those responsible for these activities in the two concerned schools, including the school principals and subject teachers, until the work of the ongoing investigation committee is completed, in preparation for taking legal and administrative measures against anyone found to have neglected or violated their professional and administrative duties. The Ministry of Education called on all school administrations at various educational stages to fully comply with the laws and ministerial decisions governing educational activities and to ensure that all events conducted within schools align with educational objectives and serve the national interest, away from any practices outside the educational framework.
