اعرب رئيس الوفد التفاوضي لحركة حماس خليل الحية اليوم (الثلاثاء) عن تقدير الحركة لجهود الدول الإسلامية والعربية والرئيس ترمب لوقف الحرب نهائياً، موضحاً أن الحركة تسعى للحصول على ضمانات بإنهاء الحرب.
واتهم الحية في تصريحات لمنصة «القاهرة الإخبارية» إسرائيل بنكث الوعود بشأن وقف الحرب، مشيراً إلى أن إنهاء الحرب هو هدفهم المباشر وكذلك الاستقرار وإقامة الدولة وتقرير المصير.
تذليل العقبات أمام الاتفاق
وقال الحية: «جئنا إلى شرم الشيخ لوقف الحرب على شعبنا بغزة».
وكان القيادي في حركة حماس فوزي برهوم قد أعلن في وقت سابق اليوم رغبة الحركة في إبرام اتفاق لإنهاء الحرب في غزة بناء على خطة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب.
وأشار إلى أن الحركة لا تزال لديها مطالب، مبيناً في بث تلفزيوني أن وفد الحركة في مصر يسعى لتذليل كل العقبات أمام تحقيق اتفاق يلبي طموحات الشعب الفلسطيني.
وقال برهوم: «نسعى لاتفاق يضمن وقف إطلاق النار والانسحاب الكامل لجيش الاحتلال والبدء الفوري بإعادة الإعمار تحت إشراف هيئة فلسطينية من التكنوقراط».
خرائط الانسحاب الإسرائيلي
ويجري في شرم الشيخ المصرية بحث خرائط الانسحاب الإسرائيلي، وآليات تبادل الأسرى والرهائن خلال المفاوضات غير المباشرة بين إسرائيل وحركة حماس، وعرضت إسرائيل خرائط الانسحاب التي ستتزامن مع عملية تبادل الرهائن والأسرى، كما تمت مناقشة آليات عملية التبادل والمواعيد، بحسب مصادر إعلامية عربية.
وأفادت المصادر أن اسرائيل لا تزال تصر على إطلاق سراح كل الرهائن خلال 3 أيام مع انسحاب محدود من بعض المناطق، فيما أبلغ وفد «حماس» الوسطاء أنه لا يزال يتمسك بتهيئة الظروف الميدانية بوقف العمليات العسكرية والقصف بأشكاله والطيران الحربي والاستطلاعي، والانسحاب من داخل المدن والتجمعات السكانية تمهيداً لنقل وتسليم الرهائن.
الإفراج عن الأسرى
وشدد وفد «حماس» على ضرورة الاتفاق على جدولة محددة بمواعيد للانسحابات وصولاً إلى الانسحاب الكامل من القطاع، وإدخال كميات كافية من المساعدات الإنسانية والإغاثية، إلى جانب وقف النار بما يقود إلى وقف شامل ودائم للحرب.
وأشارت المصادر إلى أن «حماس» طالبت بأن يشمل الإفراج عن الأسرى، كبار وقادة الأسرى وبينهم مروان البرغوثي وأحمد سعدات وعبدالله البرغوثي وإبراهيم حامد وآخرين، وتوفر ضمانات دولية إلى جانب ضمانات الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب شخصياً لوقف الحرب بشكل كامل ودائم، وضمان عدم إقدام إسرائيل على اغتيالات داخل وخارج فلسطين، والانسحاب الكامل من القطاع، ورفع الحصار بما يضمن آلية للإعمار.
The head of the negotiating delegation for Hamas, Khalil Al-Hayya, expressed today (Tuesday) the movement's appreciation for the efforts of Islamic and Arab countries and President Trump to end the war permanently, clarifying that the movement seeks guarantees for the cessation of hostilities.
Al-Hayya accused Israel in statements to the "Cairo News" platform of breaking promises regarding the cessation of the war, pointing out that ending the war is their immediate goal, as well as achieving stability, establishing a state, and exercising self-determination.
Overcoming Obstacles to Agreement
He said: "We came to Sharm El-Sheikh to stop the war against our people in Gaza."
Earlier today, Hamas leader Fawzi Barhoum announced the movement's desire to reach an agreement to end the war in Gaza based on President Donald Trump's plan.
He indicated that the movement still has demands, stating in a televised broadcast that the Hamas delegation in Egypt is working to overcome all obstacles to achieve an agreement that meets the aspirations of the Palestinian people.
Barhoum said: "We seek an agreement that guarantees a ceasefire, the complete withdrawal of the occupying army, and the immediate start of reconstruction under the supervision of a Palestinian technocratic body."
Israeli Withdrawal Maps
In Sharm El-Sheikh, discussions are taking place regarding the Israeli withdrawal maps and the mechanisms for the exchange of prisoners and hostages during indirect negotiations between Israel and Hamas. Israel has presented withdrawal maps that will coincide with the process of exchanging hostages and prisoners, and the mechanisms and timelines for the exchange have also been discussed, according to Arab media sources.
Sources reported that Israel still insists on the release of all hostages within three days alongside a limited withdrawal from some areas, while the Hamas delegation informed the mediators that it still insists on preparing the field conditions by halting military operations and bombings in all forms, including airstrikes and reconnaissance flights, and withdrawing from within cities and population centers in preparation for the transfer and handover of hostages.
Release of Prisoners
The Hamas delegation emphasized the necessity of agreeing on a specific schedule for withdrawals leading to a complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, and allowing sufficient quantities of humanitarian and relief aid, alongside a ceasefire that leads to a comprehensive and permanent end to the war.
Sources indicated that Hamas demanded that the release of prisoners include senior and leader prisoners, among them Marwan Barghouti, Ahmad Sa'adat, Abdullah Barghouti, Ibrahim Hamad, and others, and that international guarantees be provided alongside personal guarantees from President Donald Trump to ensure a complete and permanent end to the war, and to guarantee that Israel does not carry out assassinations inside and outside Palestine, the complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, and the lifting of the blockade in a manner that ensures a mechanism for reconstruction.
