وصلت اليوم قافلة مساعدات إغاثية سعودية جديدة إلى قطاع غزة، محمّلة بسلال غذائية وحليب مخصص للأطفال، مقدمة من مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية؛ بهدف تلبية الاحتياجات الأساسية وتعزيز الأمن الغذائي للأطفال والأسر التي تعاني من الآثار الحادة للمجاعة المتفشية في القطاع، وذلك ضمن الحملة الشعبية لإغاثة الشعب الفلسطيني في القطاع.
وتسلّم المركز السعودي للثقافة والتراث الشريك المنفذ لمركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة في قطاع غزة القافلة تمهيداً لبدء عملية التوزيع الفوري على الأسر المستفيدة في مختلف المناطق، في وقتٍ تتفاقم فيه الأوضاع الإنسانية بسبب ازدياد موجات النزوح من شمال القطاع إلى محافظتي الوسطى والجنوب.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة امتداداً للجهود الإنسانية التي تبذلها المملكة العربية السعودية للتخفيف من معاناة أهالي القطاع في ظل الظروف الإنسانية الصعبة التي تمر بهم.
A new Saudi relief aid convoy arrived today in the Gaza Strip, carrying food baskets and milk specifically for children, provided by the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Works; aimed at meeting the basic needs and enhancing food security for children and families suffering from the severe effects of the widespread famine in the region, as part of the popular campaign to aid the Palestinian people in the sector.
The Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage, the implementing partner of the King Salman Center for Relief in the Gaza Strip, received the convoy in preparation for the immediate distribution process to the beneficiary families in various areas, at a time when the humanitarian situation is worsening due to the increasing waves of displacement from the northern part of the strip to the central and southern governorates.
This step comes as an extension of the humanitarian efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to alleviate the suffering of the people in the region amid the difficult humanitarian conditions they are experiencing.
