فيما تتجه الأنظار إلى العاصمة المصرية القاهرة لمتابعة المفاوضات غير المباشرة بين إسرائيل وحركة حماس للشروع في تنفيذ المرحلة الأولى من الخطة الأمريكية الجديدة بشأن إنهاء الحرب على غزة، قال رئيس وزراء الاحتلال بنيامين نتنياهو إن إسرائيل لن تسمح بسيطرة السلطة الفلسطينية على القطاع المدمر في «اليوم التالي للحرب»، مؤكداً أن تل أبيب ستكون «مسؤولة ومشاركة في عملية نزع سلاح القطاع» بعد انتهاء العمليات العسكرية.
شرط أساسي
ونقلت وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية عن نتنياهو قوله خلال اجتماع أمني إن أي ممثل عن حماس أو السلطة الفلسطينية لن يكون جزءاً من إدارة غزة في المستقبل، زاعماً أن «أمن إسرائيل يتطلب تغييراً جذرياً في الواقع الأمني والسياسي داخل القطاع».
وأضاف: «إسرائيل ستكون مسؤولة ومشاركة في نزع سلاح غزة بالكامل»، مؤكداً أن هذا الأمر «شرط أساسي لأي ترتيبات مستقبلية».
وفي ما يتعلق بالمفاوضات الجارية حول ملف الرهائن، شدد نتنياهو على أن حكومته «لن تتقدم نحو أي من البنود في خطة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب قبل إطلاق سراح جميع الرهائن، الأحياء والأموات». وقال: «إذا لم يُفرج عن الرهائن بحلول نهاية المهلة التي حددها الرئيس ترمب، فستعود إسرائيل إلى القتال بدعم كامل من جميع الدول المعنية».
مؤشرات على تقدم محدود
وتجيء تصريحات نتنياهو في وقت تتواصل فيه المفاوضات غير المباشرة بين إسرائيل وحركة حماس، بوساطة مصرية وقطرية، وسط مؤشرات على تقدم محدود في جهود التوصل إلى اتفاق لوقف إطلاق النار وتبادل الأسرى.
وأعلنت وزارة الخارجية المصرية استضافتها وفدين من حماس وإسرائيل، غداً (الاثنين)، لبحث عملية تبادل الأسرى. وقال مصدر دبلوماسي مطلع إن المحادثات التقنية لبدء تطبيق المرحلة الأولى من خطة ترمب ستبدأ غداً (الاثنين) في شرم الشيخ.
وأضاف المصدر أن وفد حماس المفاوض سيغادر الدوحة اليوم (الأحد) إلى مصر تمهيداً لمشاركته في المحادثات، فيما سيتوجه الوفد القطري إلى مصر غداً (الاثنين) مع بدء المحادثات الخاصة بتطبيق خطة ترمب.
ويتكوف وكوشنر
من جهته، قال مسؤول في البيت الأبيض إن المبعوث الأمريكي للشرق الأوسط ستيف ويتكوف في طريقه إلى مصر لإجراء محادثات بشأن تنفيذ خطة ترمب للسلام. وأضاف أن جاريد كوشنر (صهر ترمب) سيشارك هو الآخر في المحادثات التي يتوقع أن تنطلق الإثنين.
ونقلت صحيفة «وول ستريت» عن مصادر قولها: إن المحادثات في مصر تهدف إلى المساعدة في إتمام الاتفاق بشأن خطة ترمب، بعد أن دعمت كل من حماس وإسرائيل اقتراحه المكون من 20 نقطة لإنهاء الحرب رغم إبدائهما تحفظات تحتاج إلى تسوية.
وأكدت المصادر أن إرسال واشنطن وفداً رفيع المستوى دليل على مدى جدية ترمب في التوصل إلى اتفاق رغم مخاوف كبيرة بشأن شروط جميع الأطراف المعنية.

Israeli media reported Netanyahu as saying during a security meeting that no representative from Hamas or the Palestinian Authority will be part of the future administration of Gaza, claiming that "Israel's security requires a radical change in the security and political reality within the sector."
He added: "Israel will be responsible and involved in the complete disarmament of Gaza," confirming that this matter is "an essential condition for any future arrangements."
Regarding the ongoing negotiations concerning the hostage issue, Netanyahu stressed that his government "will not move forward on any of the items in President Donald Trump's plan before the release of all hostages, both living and deceased." He said: "If the hostages are not released by the end of the deadline set by President Trump, Israel will return to fighting with the full support of all concerned countries."
Signs of Limited Progress
Netanyahu's statements come at a time when indirect negotiations between Israel and Hamas continue, mediated by Egypt and Qatar, amid signs of limited progress in efforts to reach a ceasefire agreement and a prisoner exchange.
The Egyptian Foreign Ministry announced that it will host delegations from Hamas and Israel tomorrow (Monday) to discuss the prisoner exchange process. A diplomatic source familiar with the matter stated that technical discussions to begin implementing the first phase of Trump's plan will start tomorrow (Monday) in Sharm El-Sheikh.
The source added that the negotiating delegation from Hamas will leave Doha today (Sunday) for Egypt in preparation for its participation in the talks, while the Qatari delegation will head to Egypt tomorrow (Monday) as the discussions regarding the implementation of Trump's plan commence.
Weitkov and Kushner
For his part, a White House official stated that the U.S. envoy for the Middle East, Steve Weitkov, is on his way to Egypt to conduct talks regarding the implementation of Trump's peace plan. He added that Jared Kushner (Trump's son-in-law) will also participate in the discussions expected to start on Monday.
The "Wall Street Journal" reported sources saying that the talks in Egypt aim to help finalize the agreement regarding Trump's plan, after both Hamas and Israel supported his 20-point proposal to end the war, despite expressing reservations that need to be settled.
The sources confirmed that Washington's sending of a high-level delegation is evidence of Trump's seriousness in reaching an agreement despite significant concerns regarding the conditions of all parties involved.
