أعرب رئيس الحكومة المغربية عزيز أخنوش اليوم (الخميس)، عن أسفه للتطورات التي وقعت خلال اليومين الماضيين في عدد من مدن البلاد، مؤكداً استعداد حكومته للحوار والاستجابة للمطالب.
وأكد رئيس الحكومة مقتل 3 أشخاص وإصابة عدد آخر في الأحداث التي شهدتها مدن المغرب، والتي قال إنها مؤسفة.
مهاجمة واقتحام مؤسسات إدارية
من جهته، أوضح المتحدث باسم وزارة الداخلية المغربية رشيد الخلفي، أن بلاده شهدت أعمالاً إجرامية غير مسبوقة، وصلت حد مهاجمة واقتحام مؤسسات إدارية ومراكز أمنية، في محاولة للاستيلاء على الأسلحة الوظيفية والعتاد و الذخيرة، موضحاً أن 70% من مثيري الشغب هم من القاصرين، وهو ما يطرح مسؤولية الأمهات والآباء تجاه أبنائهم.
وقال الخليفي: «انخراط المشاغبين في عمليات هجوم، باستعمال الأسلحة البيضاء، واقتحام واكتساح بنايات مملوكة للدولة ومقرات مصالح أمنية، ومحاولة مجموعة من الأشخاص الاستيلاء على الذخيرة والعتاد والأسلحة الوظيفية الموضوعة رهن إشارة هذه المصالح، مما اضطرت معه عناصر الدرك الملكي إلى استعمال السلاح الوظيفي، في إطار الدفاع الشرعي عن النفس، نتج عنه تسجيل 3 وفيات».
خسائر الأحداث في المغرب
وأشار إلى أنه تم تسجيل إصابة 354 شخصاً بجروح متفاوتة الخطورة، من بينهم 326 عنصراً من القوات العمومية المكلفة بالمحافظة على النظام، وإلحاق أضرار مادية جسيمة بــ 271 عربة تابعة للقوات العمومية، و175 سيارة ممتلكات خاصة، بالإضافة تخريب ونهب 80 من المرافق الإدارية والصحية والأمنية والجماعية والوكالات البنكية والمحلات تجارية بــ 23 مدينة وإقليم.
The Moroccan Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch expressed today (Thursday) his regret over the developments that occurred in several cities of the country over the past two days, confirming his government's readiness for dialogue and responsiveness to demands.
He confirmed that 3 people were killed and several others injured in the events that took place in Moroccan cities, which he described as unfortunate.
Attacks and Storming of Administrative Institutions
For his part, the spokesman for the Moroccan Ministry of Interior, Rashid Khalifi, clarified that the country has witnessed unprecedented criminal acts, reaching the level of attacking and storming administrative institutions and security centers, in an attempt to seize functional weapons, equipment, and ammunition, noting that 70% of the rioters are minors, which raises the responsibility of mothers and fathers towards their children.
Khalifi stated: "The involvement of the rioters in attack operations, using bladed weapons, storming and overrunning state-owned buildings and security service headquarters, and the attempt by a group of individuals to seize ammunition, equipment, and functional weapons designated for these services, forced the royal gendarmerie to use functional weapons in the context of legitimate self-defense, resulting in 3 fatalities."
Casualties of the Events in Morocco
He pointed out that 354 people were recorded with varying degrees of injuries, including 326 members of the public forces responsible for maintaining order, and significant material damage was inflicted on 271 vehicles belonging to the public forces, 175 private property vehicles, in addition to the vandalism and looting of 80 administrative, health, security, community facilities, banks, and commercial shops across 23 cities and regions.
