فيما وقّع الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين مرسوماً بشأن التجنيد الإجباري للمواطنين الروس لخريف 2025، أكد الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي، اليوم (الإثنين)، أن روسيا لن ترسم حدوداً جديدة داخل بلاده.
وأوضح زيلينسكي أن توغل الطائرات المسيّرة الروسية في بولندا يشكّل اختباراً لكل من وارسو وحلف شمال الأطلسي، لافتاً إلى أن موسكو تختبر حدود قدرتها على التحمّل.
بناء درع دفاعي أوكراني
وأعلن الرئيس الأوكراني رغبة بلاده في بناء درع دفاعي جوي مشترك بالتعاون مع الشركاء الأوروبيين للحماية من التهديدات الروسية، مبيّناً أن أوكرانيا تقترح على بولندا وحلفائها بناء ما سمّاه بـ«درع مشترك» لمواجهة التهديدات الجوية الروسية.
وقال زيلينسكي: «هذا الأمر ممكن، أوكرانيا قادرة على التصدّي لجميع أنواع الطائرات المسيّرة والصواريخ الروسية، وإذا عملنا معاً في المنطقة، فسنمتلك ما يكفي من الأسلحة والقدرة الإنتاجية».
موقف الرئيس الأمريكي
ولفت إلى أن موقف الرئيس الأمريكي تجاه أوكرانيا والأمن في أوروبا تغيّر، مشيراً إلى أن موقف ترمب من وجهة نظره متوازن حقّاً ويدعم موقف أوكرانيا، لكنه بلا شك يريد الاستمرار وسيطاً بيننا وبين روسيا من أجل إنهاء هذه الحرب.
تجنيد إجباري للروس
من جهة أخرى، وقّع الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين مرسوماً بشأن التجنيد الإجباري للمواطنين الروس لخريف 2025، وذلك وفقاً للوثيقة التي نُشرت على البوابة الرسمية للمعلومات القانونية.
وجاء في نص الوثيقة: «يُخضع للتجنيد الإجباري في الفترة من 1 أكتوبر إلى 31 ديسمبر 2025 المواطنون الروس الذين تراوح أعمارهم بين 18 و30 عاماً، والذين ليسوا في الاحتياط، بتعداد 135 ألف شخص».
زعزعة استقرار روسيا
وكان مجلس الأمن الروسي قد اتّهم جهات خارجية ومنظمات المعارضة الليبرالية والقومية في البلاد بنشر مواد استفزازية هدفها زعزعة الاستقرار، وتضليل الرأي العام الروسي وتشويه نهج الحكومة، فيما قالت المتحدثة باسم وزارة الخارجية الروسية، ماريا زاخاروفا، في وقت سابق اليوم، إن دول الغرب تعرّض الفضاء الإعلامي العالمي لخطر التفتّت في محاولتها استئصال أي مظهر من مظاهر الرأي الآخر.
While Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree regarding the conscription of Russian citizens for the fall of 2025, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed today (Monday) that Russia will not draw new borders within his country.
Zelensky explained that the incursion of Russian drones into Poland represents a test for both Warsaw and NATO, noting that Moscow is testing the limits of its endurance.
Building a Ukrainian Defense Shield
The Ukrainian president announced his country's desire to build a joint air defense shield in cooperation with European partners to protect against Russian threats, indicating that Ukraine is proposing to Poland and its allies to build what he called a "joint shield" to counter Russian aerial threats.
Zelensky said, "This is possible; Ukraine is capable of countering all types of Russian drones and missiles, and if we work together in the region, we will have enough weapons and production capacity."
The American President's Position
He pointed out that the American president's position towards Ukraine and security in Europe has changed, noting that Trump's position, from his perspective, is truly balanced and supports Ukraine's stance, but he undoubtedly wants to continue as a mediator between us and Russia to end this war.
Conscription for Russians
On the other hand, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree regarding the conscription of Russian citizens for the fall of 2025, according to the document published on the official legal information portal.
The text of the document states: "Russian citizens aged between 18 and 30 who are not in reserve will be subject to conscription from October 1 to December 31, 2025, totaling 135,000 people."
Destabilizing Russia
The Russian Security Council has accused external entities and liberal and nationalist opposition organizations in the country of disseminating provocative materials aimed at destabilization, misleading the Russian public opinion, and distorting the government's approach. Meanwhile, the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated earlier today that Western countries are exposing the global media space to the risk of fragmentation in their attempts to eradicate any manifestation of dissenting opinion.
