قرر مدعي عام محكمة أمن الدولة في الأردن تحويل بعض قضايا جماعة الإخوان المسلمين المحظورة المتعلقة بجمع الأموال إلى نائب عام عمان.
وقال مصدر رسمي إن مكتب النائب العام تلقى من نيابة أمن الدولة ملفات مرتبطة بقضايا جمع الأموال التي ضلعت به الجماعة المحظورة، والتي أوقف على إثرها 10 أشخاص على ذمة التحقيق.
وبين أن الموقوفين العشرة موجودون في مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل، فيما هنالك شخصان آخران طالهما التحقيق أحدهما شخص خارج البلاد لم يمثل أمام الادعاء العام والثاني رُبط عدم توقيفه بكفالة مالية.
ووُجهت للمشتكى عليهم اتهامات مرتبطة بأنشطة غير قانونية والعمل على إدارة شبكة مالية تتأتى مصادرها من جمع الأموال بطريقة مخالفة لأحكام القانون والتي صُرف منها على نشاطات للجماعة المحظورة وأذرعها.
The Attorney General of the State Security Court in Jordan has decided to transfer some cases related to the banned Muslim Brotherhood concerning fundraising to the Public Prosecutor of Amman.
An official source stated that the Public Prosecutor's office received files from the State Security Prosecutor related to the fundraising cases in which the banned group was involved, leading to the detention of 10 individuals pending investigation.
It was noted that the ten detainees are currently in rehabilitation and correction centers, while there are two other individuals under investigation, one of whom is outside the country and has not appeared before the Public Prosecutor, and the second's non-detention is linked to a financial bail.
The defendants have been charged with offenses related to illegal activities and managing a financial network whose sources come from fundraising in violation of legal provisions, which was spent on activities for the banned group and its affiliates.
