لم يستبعد الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي احتمال انسحاب الولايات المتحدة من المحادثات الأوكرانية الروسية في المستقبل، إلا أنه اعتبر أن هذا الأمر غير مطروح في الوقت الراهن.
وقال إنه شارك مع الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب رؤية محددة حول ما يمكن القيام به للرد على التحركات الروسية، مؤكداً أن كييف سترد بقوة إذا حاولت موسكو التسبب بانقطاع الكهرباء في أوكرانيا.
وأعلن زيلينسكي أن وفداً حكومياً أوكرانياً سيزور الولايات المتحدة في أواخر سبتمبر أو أكتوبر لإجراء محادثات تتعلق بالاقتصاد والتعاون العسكري.
وأفصح أن أوكرانيا تسلّمت بالفعل منظومة دفاع جوي من طراز «باتريوت» من إسرائيل، وجرى نشرها ميدانياً، لافتاً إلى أن بلاده ستتسلم منظومتين إضافيتين من الطراز نفسه خلال فصل الخريف.
اعتراض 92 طائرة مسيّرة
وأفاد الرئيس الأوكراني بأن كييف وواشنطن بدأتا مناقشات أولية بشأن اتفاقية تجارة حرة ثنائية من شأنها تعزيز التعاون بين البلدين. ولفت إلى أن أوكرانيا ستعرض على سلوفاكيا خلال اجتماع حكومي في أكتوبر مسارات بديلة لاستيراد الطاقة، بما يساهم في تعزيز أمن الإمدادات.
وذكر أن القوات الأوكرانية اعترضت 92 طائرة مسيّرة كانت متجهة نحو بولندا وأسقطتها جميعاً، في إشارة إلى استمرار المخاطر القادمة من روسيا وحلفائها.

السيطرة على 3 قرى
من جانبها، أعلنت وزارة الدفاع الروسية، اليوم (السبت)، أن قواتها تمكنت من السيطرة على 3 قرى جديدة بمنطقة شرق أوكرانيا، ضمن تقدمها العسكري المستمر منذ مطلع العام الحالي. وذكرت الوزارة في بيان عبر تطبيق «تليغرام» أن القرى التي تمت السيطرة عليها هي ديريلوف ومايسكي بمنطقة دونيتسك، بالإضافة إلى ستيبوفي بمنطقة دنيبروبتروفسك.
وبحسب المعطيات الروسية، فقد استولت القوات منذ بداية عام 2025 على ما يقارب 0.8% من أراضي أوكرانيا.
قصف مكثف وسقوط قتلى
وأكدت السلطات الأوكرانية مقتل شخص وإصابة 12 آخرين في منطقة خيرسون (جنوب شرق البلاد) إلى جانب أضرار طالت خطوط السكك الحديدية في أوديسا.
وفي المقابل، أفادت موسكو بأن مُسيرة أوكرانية استهدفت محطة لضخ النفط في جمهورية تشوفاشيا الواقعة على ضفاف نهر فولغا شرق العاصمة موسكو، مما أدى إلى توقفها عن العمل مؤقتاً.
وأوضح حاكم منطقة تشوفاشيا أوليغ نيكولايف أن الهجوم وقع قرب قرية كونار على بعد نحو 1200 كيلومتر من الحدود الأوكرانية، لافتا إلى أنه لم تُسجّل إصابات، واقتصرت الخسائر على أضرار طفيفة.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky did not rule out the possibility of the United States withdrawing from the Ukrainian-Russian talks in the future, but he considered this matter not on the table at the moment.
He stated that he shared with U.S. President Donald Trump a specific vision of what could be done in response to Russian moves, emphasizing that Kyiv would respond strongly if Moscow attempted to cause power outages in Ukraine.
Zelensky announced that a Ukrainian government delegation would visit the United States in late September or October to hold talks related to the economy and military cooperation.
He revealed that Ukraine had already received a "Patriot" air defense system from Israel, which has been deployed in the field, noting that his country would receive two additional systems of the same type during the fall.
Intercepting 92 Drones
The Ukrainian president reported that Kyiv and Washington had begun preliminary discussions regarding a bilateral free trade agreement that would enhance cooperation between the two countries. He pointed out that Ukraine would present alternative energy import routes to Slovakia during a government meeting in October, contributing to the strengthening of supply security.
He mentioned that Ukrainian forces intercepted 92 drones heading towards Poland and shot them all down, indicating the ongoing risks posed by Russia and its allies.

Control of 3 Villages
For its part, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced today (Saturday) that its forces had managed to take control of 3 new villages in eastern Ukraine, as part of their military advance that has been ongoing since the beginning of this year. The ministry stated in a message via the Telegram app that the villages taken over are Deryliv and Maisky in the Donetsk region, in addition to Stepovi in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
According to Russian data, the forces have seized approximately 0.8% of Ukrainian territory since the beginning of 2025.
Intensive Shelling and Casualties
Ukrainian authorities confirmed the death of one person and the injury of 12 others in the Kherson region (southeast of the country), along with damage to railway lines in Odesa.
In contrast, Moscow reported that a Ukrainian drone targeted an oil pumping station in the Chuvash Republic located on the banks of the Volga River east of Moscow, causing it to temporarily cease operations.
The governor of the Chuvash region, Oleg Nikolaev, clarified that the attack occurred near the village of Konar, about 1200 kilometers from the Ukrainian border, noting that no injuries were recorded, and the losses were limited to minor damages.
