في خطوة استفزازية وصفت بأنها محاولة صريحة لضرب هيبة الدولة، أقدم حزب الله، مساء اليوم (الخميس)، على إضاءة صخرة الروشة بصورتي حسن نصرالله وهاشم صفي الدين، وسط حشد لمناصريه، متجاهلاً القرار الصادر عن محافظة بيروت الذي حظر بشكل صريح أي إنارة أو عرض ضوئي على الصخرة من البر أو البحر أو الجو.
في هذا السياق، أصدر رئيس الحكومة اللبنانية نواف سلام، عبر منصة إكس، تصريحا شديد اللهجة جاء فيه: «ما حصل اليوم في منطقة الروشة يشكل مخالفة صريحة لمضمون الموافقة المعطاة من قبل محافظ مدينة بيروت لمنظمي التحرك الذي على أساسه صدر الإذن بالتجمع والذي نصّ بوضوح على عدم إنارة صخرة الروشة مطلقا لا من البر ولا من البحر أو من الجو وعدم بث أي صور ضوئية عليها. وعليه اتصلت بوزراء الداخلية والعدل والدفاع وطلبت منهم اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة بما فيها توقيف الفاعلين وإحالتهم للتحقيق لينالوا جزاءهم إنفاذا للقوانين المرعيّة». وختم سلام: «غني عن القول أن هذا يشكل انقلابا على الالتزامات الصريحة للجهة المنظمة وداعميها ويعتبر سقطة جديدة لها تنعكس سلبا على مصداقيتها في التعاطي مع منطق الدولة ومؤسساتها. وهذا التصرف المستنكر لن يثنينا عن قرار إعادة بناء دولة القانون والمؤسسات بل يزيدنا إصرارا على تحقيق هذا الواجب الوطني». مصادر رسمية أكدت أن ما جرى يشكل خرقا خطيرا للتعهدات الموقعة من الجهة المنظمة، وانقلابا على الالتزامات الواضحة التي قدمت للدولة، معتبرة أن استغلال أحد أبرز المعالم الوطنية في العاصمة بهذا الشكل يفتح الباب أمام توترات طائفية ويضرب صورة القانون والمؤسسات.
وأضافت المصادر أن هذه الحادثة تضع المواجهة بين منطق الدولة ومنطق الدويلة في صلب المشهد السياسي، وتفتح الباب أمام تدابير قضائية وأمنية مرتقبة في الساعات القادمة.
In a provocative step described as a blatant attempt to undermine the state's prestige, Hezbollah illuminated the Raouche Rock this evening (Thursday) with images of Hassan Nasrallah and Hashem Safieddine, amidst a crowd of its supporters, disregarding the decision issued by the Beirut Governorate that explicitly prohibited any lighting or light display on the rock from land, sea, or air.
In this context, Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam issued a strongly worded statement via X, stating: "What happened today in the Raouche area constitutes a clear violation of the approval granted by the Governor of Beirut to the organizers of the movement, based on which the permission for the gathering was issued, which clearly stipulated that the Raouche Rock should not be illuminated at all, neither from land nor from the sea or air, and that no light images should be projected onto it. Accordingly, I contacted the Ministers of Interior, Justice, and Defense and requested them to take appropriate measures, including the arrest of the perpetrators and referring them for investigation to receive their punishment in accordance with the applicable laws." Salam concluded: "It goes without saying that this constitutes a coup against the explicit commitments of the organizing party and its supporters, and it represents a new setback for them that negatively impacts their credibility in dealing with the logic of the state and its institutions. This condemned behavior will not deter us from our decision to rebuild the state of law and institutions, but rather increases our determination to fulfill this national duty." Official sources confirmed that what occurred constitutes a serious breach of the commitments signed by the organizing party, and a coup against the clear obligations presented to the state, considering that the exploitation of one of the most prominent national landmarks in the capital in this manner opens the door to sectarian tensions and undermines the image of law and institutions.
The sources added that this incident places the confrontation between the logic of the state and the logic of the mini-state at the heart of the political scene, and opens the door to expected judicial and security measures in the coming hours.
