تمكَّن مشروع مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية «مسام» لتطهير الأراضي اليمنية من الألغام خلال الأسبوع الثاني من شهر سبتمبر 2025م، من انتزاع (1103) ألغام في مختلف مناطق اليمن، منها (4) ألغام مضادة للأفراد، و(51) لغمًا مضادًا للدبابات، و(1047) ذخيرة غير منفجرة، وعبوة واحدة ناسفة.
وتمكَّن الفريق في مديرية عدن بمحافظة عدن من نزع (598) ذخيرة غير منفجرة، كما نزع في مديرية قعطبة بمحافظة الضالع ذخيرتين غير منفجرتين، ولغمين مضادين للدبابات في مديرية خب الشعف بمحافظة الجوف، وفي مديرية ميدي بمحافظة حجة نزع لغمين مضادين للأفراد و(18) لغمًا مضادًا للدبابات و(48) ذخيرة غير منفجرة.
ونزع الفريق في مديرية مأرب بمحافظة مأرب (25) لغمًا مضادًا للدبابات و(370) ذخيرة غير منفجرة، و(4) ألغام مضادة للدبابات وذخيرة واحدة غير منفجرة وعبوة ناسفة واحدة في مديرية بيحان بمحافظة شبوة.
وفي محافظة تعز نزع الفريق لغمًا واحدًا مضادًا للدبابات بمديرية موزع، و(11) ذخيرة غير منفجرة بمديرية المخاء، ولغمًا واحدًا مضادًا للدبابات، و(16) ذخيرة غير منفجرة بمديرية ذباب، ولغمين مضادين للأفراد وذخيرة واحدة غير منفجرة في صلوح.
وارتفع بذلك عدد الألغام المنزوعة خلال شهر سبتمبر إلى (1870) لغمًا، فيما وصل عدد الألغام المنزوعة منذ بداية مشروع «مسام» حتى الآن إلى (514193) لغمًا، بعد أن زُرعت عشوائيًا في مختلف الأراضي اليمنية لحصد الأرواح البريئة من الأطفال والنساء وكبار السن، وزرع الخوف في قلوب الآمنين.
وتواصل المملكة العربية السعودية عبر ذراعها الإنسانية مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة، جهودها في تطهير الأراضي اليمنية من الألغام، ضمن مشروع يُعزز سلامة المدنيين، ويسهم في تمكين الأشقاء اليمنيين من عيش حياة كريمة وآمنة.
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's "Masam" project for clearing Yemeni lands from mines succeeded during the second week of September 2025 in removing (1103) mines in various regions of Yemen, including (4) anti-personnel mines, (51) anti-tank mines, (1047) unexploded ordnance, and one explosive device.
The team managed to remove (598) unexploded ordnance in the Aden Directorate of Aden Governorate, as well as two unexploded ordnance and two anti-tank mines in the Qatabah Directorate of Al-Dhalea Governorate. In the Khabb al-Shaf Directorate of Al-Jawf Governorate, they removed two anti-tank mines, and in the Midi Directorate of Hajjah Governorate, they removed two anti-personnel mines, (18) anti-tank mines, and (48) unexploded ordnance.
In the Marib Governorate, the team removed (25) anti-tank mines and (370) unexploded ordnance, along with (4) anti-tank mines, one unexploded ordnance, and one explosive device in the Bayhan Directorate of Shabwa Governorate.
In Taiz Governorate, the team removed one anti-tank mine in the Mawza Directorate, (11) unexploded ordnance in the Al-Mokha Directorate, one anti-tank mine, and (16) unexploded ordnance in the Dhubab Directorate, as well as two anti-personnel mines and one unexploded ordnance in Saluh.
This brings the total number of mines removed during September to (1870) mines, while the total number of mines removed since the beginning of the "Masam" project has reached (514193) mines, which were randomly planted across various Yemeni lands to claim the innocent lives of children, women, and the elderly, instilling fear in the hearts of the safe.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, continues its efforts to clear Yemeni lands from mines as part of a project that enhances the safety of civilians and contributes to enabling the Yemeni brothers to live a dignified and safe life.
