أعلنت وزارة الخارجية القطرية، اليوم (الخميس)، أنها ستستضيف في العاصمة الدوحة يومي 14 و15 سبتمبر الجاري، القمة العربية الإسلامية الطارئة، لبحث الهجوم الإسرائيلي على الدوحة، بحسب وكالة الأنباء القطرية (قنا).
وأفادت مصادر دبلوماسية أن القمة ستسبقها صياغة رد موحد تجاه العدوان الإسرائيلي على قطر في اجتماع تحضيري لوزراء الخارجية للقمة العربية الإسلامية الطارئة يوم (الأحد) القادم، مبينة أن القمة هدفها تحديد طبيعة الإجراءات التي سيتم اتخاذها حيال العدوان الإسرائيلي على الدوحة.
تحديد الإجراءات
وأوضح رئيس الوزراء وزير الخارجية القطري الشيخ محمد بن عبد الرحمن آل ثاني، لشبكة «سي إن إن» أن بلاده تتجه نحو عقد قمة عربية إسلامية طارئة، من أجل إقرار نوع الإجراءات التي ستتخذها المنطقة، لافتاً إلى أن قطر لن تطلب من الشركاء الإقليميين في المنطقة الرد بطريقة معينة.
وأكد آل ثاني أن بلاده لا تقبل التهديدات الصادرة عن رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو، مشيراً إلى أن نتنياهو يهدد الدول الأخرى في المنطقة وهي لم تشكل له أي تهديد.
وأعرب رئيس الوزراء القطري عن أمله في أن يكون هذا الرد حقيقياً وقادرا على وقف بلطجة إسرائيل، مضيفاً: «سمعنا من الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب رسالة قوية بشأن القصف الإسرائيلي ونُقدّر هذا الموقف، لكن يجب أن يتبع ذلك اتخاذ إجراءات عملية».
نتنياهو مطلوب للعدالة
وأشار إلى أن نتنياهو يحاول تقديم محاضرات قانونية بينما هو نفسه ينتهك القوانين الدولية ويجوّع قطاع غزة، مؤكداً أن نتنياهو يجب أن يُقدم للعدالة، وهو مطلوب أصلاً للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية.
وفي ما يتعلق بجولات التفاوض بين إسرائيل وحركة حماس، أكد رئيس الوزراء وزير الخارجية القطري أن نتنياهو كان يضيع الوقت في ملف الوساطة ولم يكن جاداً، مضيفاً: «بقصفه وفد حركة حماس، قتل نتنياهو كل أمل للرهائن الإسرائيليين في غزة».
وأعرب الشيخ محمد بن عبدالرحمن عن أمل بلاده في وجود رد جماعي ذي مغزى ويردع إسرائيل عن مواصلة هذا التنمر، موضحاً أن تلك الخطوة قيد التشاور والمناقشة حالياً مع الشركاء في المنطقة.
خيارات الرد على إسرائيل
ولفت إلى أن الرد على الهجوم الإسرائيلي سيكون على مستويين، الأول: «رد من قطر، وكأي دولة متحضرة، سيكون ملجؤها الأول هو القانون الدولي، والمستوى الثاني «رد آخر سيصدر من المنطقة».
ولفت إلى أن القمة العربية الإسلامية ستبحث «خطة العمل» حول ذلك.
ومن المقرر أن يعقد مجلس الأمن الدولي، اليوم، جلسة يشارك فيها عدد من وزراء الخارجية العرب، بدعوة من الجزائر، لبحث الاعتداء على الدوحة.
The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced today (Thursday) that it will host an emergency Arab-Islamic summit in the capital Doha on September 14 and 15, to discuss the Israeli attack on Doha, according to the Qatari news agency (QNA).
Diplomatic sources indicated that the summit will be preceded by the formulation of a unified response to the Israeli aggression against Qatar in a preparatory meeting for foreign ministers ahead of the emergency Arab-Islamic summit next (Sunday), noting that the summit aims to determine the nature of the actions that will be taken regarding the Israeli aggression on Doha.
Determining Actions
The Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani explained to CNN that his country is moving towards holding an emergency Arab-Islamic summit to approve the type of actions that will be taken in the region, pointing out that Qatar will not ask regional partners to respond in a specific way.
Al Thani confirmed that his country does not accept the threats issued by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, indicating that Netanyahu threatens other countries in the region that do not pose any threat to him.
The Qatari Prime Minister expressed hope that this response would be genuine and capable of stopping Israel's bullying, adding: "We heard a strong message from U.S. President Donald Trump regarding the Israeli bombardment, and we appreciate this stance, but it must be followed by practical measures."
Netanyahu Must Face Justice
He pointed out that Netanyahu tries to give legal lectures while he himself violates international laws and starves the Gaza Strip, emphasizing that Netanyahu must be brought to justice, as he is already wanted by the International Criminal Court.
Regarding the rounds of negotiations between Israel and Hamas, the Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs confirmed that Netanyahu was wasting time on the mediation file and was not serious, adding: "By bombing the Hamas delegation, Netanyahu killed all hope for the Israeli hostages in Gaza."
Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman expressed his country's hope for a meaningful collective response that deters Israel from continuing this bullying, explaining that this step is currently under consultation and discussion with partners in the region.
Options for Responding to Israel
He noted that the response to the Israeli attack will be at two levels, the first: "A response from Qatar, and like any civilized country, its first refuge will be international law, and the second level is 'another response that will come from the region'."
He pointed out that the Arab-Islamic summit will discuss the "action plan" regarding this.
The United Nations Security Council is scheduled to hold a session today, in which several Arab foreign ministers will participate, at the invitation of Algeria, to discuss the aggression against Doha.
