أكد الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي اليوم (الأحد)، أن الأجهزة المعنية مستمرة في إزالة آثار الضربات الروسية، موضحاً أن القصف دمر مباني سكنية.
قصف مجلس الوزراء
وقال زيلينسكي في تغريدات على حسابه في «إكس»: أبلغت بمقتل شخصين، أحدهما طفل في العاصمة كييف، وإصابة العشرات، مؤكداً تضرر مبنى مجلس الوزراء واندلع حريق في الطوابق العليا منه.
وأشار إلى أن أكثر من 20 منزلاً وروضة أطفال في زابوريزهيا تضررت، بالإضافة إلى تدمير مستودعات في كريفي ريه، وقُتل شخص في سافونيفكا، وآخر في منطقة تشيرنيهيف.
وأكد أن برجاً سكنياً شاهقاً في أوديسا تعرض للقصف، مبيناً أن الهجوم جاء في الوقت الذي كان من الممكن أن تبدأ فيه الدبلوماسية الحقيقية منذ زمن بعيد.
وطالب الرئيس الأوكراني بضرورة تطبيق ما جرى الاتفاق عليه في باريس لتعزيز دفاعات بلاده، معتبراً أن استمرار القصف جريمةً متعمدةً وإطالةً للحرب.
الهجوم الأكبر
ووصفت السلطات الأوكرانية، الهجوم الروسي الجوي بـ«الأكبر» على الإطلاق منذ اندلاع الحرب، مبينة أن أكثر من 805 مسيّرات و13 صاروخاً سقطت على مدن أوكرانية خلال ليل (السبت وصباح الأحد).
وقالت رئيسة الوزراء الأوكرانية يوليا سفيردينكو، إن السطح والطوابق العلوية لمجلس الوزراء تضررت، مؤكدة أن المباني يمكن ترميمها لكن الأرواح لا تعوّض.
بالمقابل، نفت وزارة الدفاع الروسية أن تكون قد استهدفت مباني مدنية، وأن قواتها ضربت أهدافاً عسكرية أو مرتبطة بالعمليات الحربية، مؤكدة أن قواتها استهدفت مواقع عسكرية ومنشآت مرتبطة بالمجمع الصناعي الدفاعي والبنية التحتية للنقل.
وذكرت الوزارة أن قواتها تمكنت من تحييد نحو 1390 جندياً أوكرانياً خلال الساعات الـ24 الماضية في إطار العمليات الجارية.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed today (Sunday) that the relevant agencies are continuing to remove the effects of Russian strikes, explaining that the shelling destroyed residential buildings.
Shelling of the Cabinet
Zelensky stated in tweets on his account on "X": I was informed of the deaths of two people, one of whom was a child in the capital, Kyiv, and dozens were injured, confirming that the Cabinet building was damaged and a fire broke out on its upper floors.
He noted that more than 20 homes and a kindergarten in Zaporizhzhia were damaged, in addition to the destruction of warehouses in Kryvyi Rih, and one person was killed in Savyntsi, and another in the Chernihiv region.
He confirmed that a high-rise residential tower in Odesa was shelled, indicating that the attack came at a time when real diplomacy could have begun long ago.
The Ukrainian president called for the necessity of implementing what was agreed upon in Paris to strengthen his country's defenses, considering the continued shelling to be a deliberate crime and an extension of the war.
The Largest Attack
The Ukrainian authorities described the Russian aerial attack as the "largest" ever since the outbreak of the war, indicating that more than 805 drones and 13 missiles fell on Ukrainian cities during the night (Saturday and Sunday morning).
Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko stated that the roof and upper floors of the Cabinet were damaged, confirming that the buildings can be restored but lives cannot be replaced.
In contrast, the Russian Ministry of Defense denied targeting civilian buildings, stating that its forces struck military targets or those related to war operations, affirming that its forces targeted military sites and facilities linked to the defense industrial complex and transportation infrastructure.
The ministry mentioned that its forces managed to neutralize about 1,390 Ukrainian soldiers during the past 24 hours as part of ongoing operations.
