فيما قُتل 73 فلسطينياً منذ فجر اليوم جراء قصف إسرائيلي، بينهم 19 من منتظري المساعدات في مناطق متفرقة من غزة، حذّر المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية القطرية الدكتور ماجد بن محمد الأنصاري، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، من خطورة الخطة الإسرائيلية لاحتلال القطاع.
وقال الأنصاري في مؤتمر صحفي: «خطة إسرائيل لاحتلال غزة تضع الجميع أمام تهديد، بمن فيهم الأسرى»، مشيراً إلى أنه لم يصدر حتى الآن أي رد إسرائيلي على المقترح الأخير بشأن وقف إطلاق النار.
وأضاف: «المسألة واضحة أمام المجتمع الدولي، ويجب تشكيل موقف موحد لإيقاف إسرائيل»، مؤكداً أنه لا جدوى من انتظار عملية السلام بينما لا يوجد طرف إسرائيلي راغب في المضي فيها.
ولفت إلى أن الخطوات الإسرائيلية تواجه حالياً معارضة إقليمية ودولية متنامية، مشدداً على أهمية تمثيل الفلسطينيين بشكل فاعل في جميع المحافل الدولية. ورفض ربط القضية الإنسانية بأي صفقات، داعياً إلى فتح المعابر وإدخال المساعدات إلى غزة.
وكان وزير الخارجية البريطاني ديفيد لامي شدد على الحاجة إلى استجابة إنسانية شاملة لوقف المجاعة في غزة، مؤكداً ضرورة وقف إطلاق النار، وإطلاق سراح الأسرى، وزيادة المساعدات، ووضع إطار لسلام دائم.
وفي السياق ذاته، أعلنت وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية، اليوم، أن 76 شخصاً قُتلوا وأُصيب 281 آخرون بنيران الاحتلال خلال الساعات الـ24 الماضية، ما رفع حصيلة ضحايا العدوان الإسرائيلي إلى 63,633 شهيداً و160,914 جريحاً منذ 7 أكتوبر 2023.
وأوضح المتحدث باسم الدفاع المدني، محمود بصل، أن غارة إسرائيلية استهدفت مبنى سكنياً وشقة غربي مدينة غزة، ما أدى إلى مقتل وإصابة العشرات.
من جانب آخر، حذّرت بلدية غزة من خطورة التصعيد الإسرائيلي في منطقة المنارة ومحيط بركة تجميع مياه الأمطار في حي الشيخ رضوان شمال غربي المدينة، مبينة أن الاحتلال منع طواقمها من الوصول إلى هذه المرافق وتشغيلها بسبب الأوضاع الأمنية.
وأشارت البلدية إلى أن عدم تمكّن طواقمها من الوصول إلى محطة الصرف الصحي رقم (5) المعروفة بـ«محطة البقارة»، ومحطة (7B) شرق حي الزيتون جنوب المدينة، قد يؤدي إلى طفحها وغرق منازل المواطنين إذا استمر العدوان الإسرائيلي والتصعيد هناك.
As 73 Palestinians were killed since dawn today due to Israeli shelling, including 19 waiting for aid in various areas of Gaza, the spokesperson for the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Majid bin Mohammed Al-Ansari, warned today (Tuesday) of the dangers of the Israeli plan to occupy the enclave.
Al-Ansari said in a press conference: “Israel’s plan to occupy Gaza poses a threat to everyone, including the prisoners,” noting that no Israeli response has yet been issued regarding the latest proposal for a ceasefire.
He added: “The issue is clear to the international community, and a unified stance must be formed to stop Israel,” emphasizing that there is no point in waiting for the peace process while there is no Israeli party willing to proceed with it.
He pointed out that the Israeli steps are currently facing growing regional and international opposition, stressing the importance of effectively representing Palestinians in all international forums. He rejected linking the humanitarian issue to any deals, calling for the opening of crossings and the entry of aid into Gaza.
British Foreign Secretary David Lammy emphasized the need for a comprehensive humanitarian response to stop the famine in Gaza, asserting the necessity of a ceasefire, the release of prisoners, an increase in aid, and the establishment of a framework for lasting peace.
In the same context, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced today that 76 people were killed and 281 others were injured by the occupation's fire in the past 24 hours, raising the toll of Israeli aggression victims to 63,633 martyrs and 160,914 injured since October 7, 2023.
The spokesperson for the Civil Defense, Mahmoud Bsal, explained that an Israeli airstrike targeted a residential building and an apartment west of Gaza City, resulting in the deaths and injuries of dozens.
On another note, the Gaza Municipality warned of the dangers of the Israeli escalation in the Al-Manara area and around the rainwater collection pond in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood northwest of the city, indicating that the occupation prevented its crews from reaching and operating these facilities due to the security situation.
The municipality pointed out that the inability of its crews to access sewage station number (5), known as the “Al-Buqara Station,” and station (7B) east of the Zaitoun neighborhood south of the city, could lead to overflow and flooding of citizens' homes if the Israeli aggression and escalation continue there.
