شيّع الحوثيون، اليوم (الإثنين)، 12جثة لضحايا القصف الإسرائيلي على صنعاء بينهم رئيس حكومة الانقلاب أحمد غالب الرهوي، و9 وزراء ومسؤولين آخرين.
وأفادت مصادر في صنعاء أن هناك أكثر من 4 وزراء لا يزالون في المستشفى جروحهم خطيرة مما يرجح وفاتهم، وهناك أشلاء لم يتم التعرف عليها من الحراسة والقيادات الأمنية التي كانت حاضرة الاجتماع.
ونشر الحوثيون المزيد من مسلحيهم في عدد من الشوارع والأحياء أثناء التشييع، كما أغلقوا عدداً من الشوارع أمام السيارات والمارة.
في غضون ذلك، دان الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أنطونيو غوتيريش بشدة، اعتقال الحوثيين 11 موظفاً من موظفي الأمم المتحدة واقتحام مباني برنامج الأغذية العالمي ومحاولة اقتحام مبانٍ أخرى، ومصادرة ممتلكات تابعة للأمم المتحدة.
وقال الأمين العام في بيان: «أدين بشدة عملية الاحتجاز التعسفي التي استهدفت ما لا يقل عن 11 موظفاً للأمم المتحدة، واقتحام مباني الغذاء العالمي ومصادرة ممتلكات للأمم المتحدة ومحاولة اقتحام مبانٍ أخرى في صنعاء»، مضيفاً: «إن استمرار هذا النمط من الاعتقالات التعسفية أمر غير مقبول».
وطالب الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة بالإفراج الفوري وغير المشروط عن المحتجزين اليوم، وكذلك عن جميع موظفي الأمم المتحدة، والمنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية والوطنية، ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، والبعثات الدبلوماسية الذين احتُجزوا تعسفاً منذ يونيو 2024، وأولئك الذين ما زالوا محتجزين منذ عامي 2021 و2023، مؤكداً إن استمرار احتجازهم التعسفي أمر لا يمكن القبول به.

The Houthis today (Monday) buried 12 bodies of victims of the Israeli bombing in Sana'a, including the head of the coup government, Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahawi, and 9 ministers and other officials.
Sources in Sana'a reported that more than 4 ministers are still in the hospital with serious injuries, which raises the likelihood of their deaths, and there are body parts that have not been identified from the guards and security leaders who were present at the meeting.
The Houthis deployed more of their fighters in several streets and neighborhoods during the funeral, and they closed off a number of streets to vehicles and pedestrians.
Meanwhile, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres strongly condemned the Houthis' detention of 11 UN staff members, the storming of World Food Programme buildings, and the attempted storming of other buildings, as well as the confiscation of UN property.
The Secretary-General stated in a statement: “I strongly condemn the arbitrary detention targeting at least 11 UN staff members, the storming of World Food Programme buildings, the confiscation of UN property, and the attempted storming of other buildings in Sana'a,” adding: “The continuation of this pattern of arbitrary arrests is unacceptable.”
The UN Secretary-General called for the immediate and unconditional release of those detained today, as well as all UN staff, international and national NGOs, civil society organizations, and diplomatic missions that have been arbitrarily detained since June 2024, and those who have been held since 2021 and 2023, emphasizing that their continued arbitrary detention is unacceptable.
