على خلفية تلقيهم أموالاً وحوالات من مصادر مجهولة بشكل يخالف القانون، استدعى مدعي عام العاصمة الأردنية عمّان، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، عدداً من الأشخاص، بينهم النائب عن حزب جبهة العمل الإسلامي، الذراع السياسية لجماعة الإخوان المسلمين المحظورة في الأردن، وسام أربيحات، ووفقاً لوكالة الأنباء الأردنية «بترا»، فإن المشتبه بهم تلقوا الأموال بطريقة تثير الشبهات.
ونقلت الوكالة عن مصدر قوله: «عملية تلقي الأموال وجمعها كانت بطريقة تثير الشبهات، ولم تأتِ من خلال نشاط اقتصادي أو تجاري، ولا تتناسب مع أعمال الأشخاص الذين تم استدعاؤهم أو طبيعة مصادر دخلهم».
وأوضح المصدر أن جامعي تلك الأموال لم يحصلوا على التراخيص اللازمة لجمعها تحت أي صيغة، وقاموا بإنشاء وإدارة محافظ إلكترونية (كليك) لتلقي المبالغ المالية عبر حسابات بنكية عديدة.
وأشارت الوكالة إلى أن هذه الأفعال تُشكّل جنحة إنشاء منصة لتلقي الأموال واستثمارها وإدارتها دون ترخيص من الجهات ذات الاختصاص، خِلافاً لأحكام المادة 22 من قانون الجرائم الإلكترونية، مبينة أن النيابة العامة تعكف على تسطير كتاب جلب بحق النائب أربيحات بعد امتناعه عن الحضور، متذرعاً بالحصانة الدستورية، رغم عدم توفرها كون الدورة غير منعقدة.
وكان النائب وسام أربيحات كتب على صفحته الشخصية: «تمت دعوتي من مدعي عام عمّان للمثول دون توضيح القضية. أسأل الله أن لا تكون على خلفية دعم غزة»، داعياً أبناء حي الطفايلة في العاصمة عمّان، وهي المنطقة التي نجح فيها بالانتخابات، للاجتماع لبحث تداعيات القضية.
وأعلن وزير الداخلية الأردني، مازن الفراية، في أبريل الماضي، حظر كافة نشاطات جماعة الإخوان المسلمين المُنحلة واعتبارها جمعية غير مشروعة.
Against the backdrop of receiving funds and remittances from unknown sources in violation of the law, the Attorney General of the Jordanian capital, Amman, summoned a number of individuals today (Tuesday), including the deputy from the Islamic Action Front party, the political arm of the banned Muslim Brotherhood in Jordan, Wissam Arba'ihat. According to the Jordan News Agency "Petra," the suspects received the money in a manner that raises suspicions.
The agency quoted a source as saying: "The process of receiving and collecting funds was in a suspicious manner, and did not come through any economic or commercial activity, nor does it align with the work of the individuals who were summoned or the nature of their income sources."
The source clarified that those collecting the funds did not obtain the necessary licenses to collect them in any form, and they created and managed electronic wallets (Click) to receive the financial amounts through multiple bank accounts.
The agency noted that these actions constitute a misdemeanor of establishing a platform to receive, invest, and manage funds without a license from the relevant authorities, contrary to the provisions of Article 22 of the Cyber Crimes Law, indicating that the public prosecution is working on issuing a summons for Deputy Arba'ihat after he refused to attend, claiming constitutional immunity, despite its unavailability as the session is not in session.
Deputy Wissam Arba'ihat wrote on his personal page: "I was summoned by the Attorney General of Amman to appear without clarifying the case. I ask God that it is not related to support for Gaza," calling on the residents of the Tafaileh neighborhood in the capital Amman, the area where he succeeded in the elections, to meet to discuss the implications of the case.
The Jordanian Minister of Interior, Mazen Al-Faraya, announced last April the prohibition of all activities of the dissolved Muslim Brotherhood and declared it an illegal association.
