شدد الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي على أن أي حلول للحرب مع روسيا دون إشراك أوكرانيا «ستكون ضد السلام» وستؤدي إلى «حلول ميتة، ولن تنجح أبداً»، مؤكداً أن بلاده لا تستطيع أن تنتهك الدستور بشأن أراضيها ولن تسلمها للمحتلين.
وكان الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب أعلن أنه سيلتقي نظيره الروسي فلاديمير بوتين الجمعة القادمة بولاية ألاسكا، لبحث اتفاق نهائي بين موسكو وكييف من أجل وضع حد للحرب المستمرة منذ فبراير 2022.
وكتب زيلينسكي، اليوم (السبت)، على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي: «أوكرانيا مستعدة لحلول حقيقية يمكن أن تحقق السلام. إن أي حلول دون كييف ستكون حلولاً ضد السلام». وأكد أن وحدة أراضي أوكرانيا، المنصوص عليها في الدستور، يجب أن تكون غير قابلة للتفاوض، وأن السلام الدائم يجب أن يتضمن صوت أوكرانيا على طاولة المفاوضات. وجدد التأكيد على أن أوكرانيا «لن تمنح روسيا أي مكافآت على ما فعلته»، وأن «الأوكرانيين لن يمنحوا أرضهم للمحتل».
وكان ترمب أعلن في البيت الأبيض خلال قمة جمعته مع رئيس أذربيجان إلهام علييف ورئيس وزراء أرمينيا نيكول باشينيان أنه سيكون هناك «بعض من تبادل الأراضي لصالح روسيا وأوكرانيا»، دون إعطاء مزيد من التفاصيل.
وتطالب موسكو بأن تتنازل أوكرانيا عن 4 مناطق تسيطر عليها جزئياً هي: دونيتسك ولوغانسك وزاباروجيا وخيرسون، إضافة إلى شبه جزيرة القرم التي ضمتها في عام 2014، إلا أن كييف ترفض هذه المطالب وتشدد على وجوب انسحاب القوات الروسية من أراضيها والحصول على ضمانات أمنية غربية، بما في ذلك استمرار تسليم الأسلحة ونشر قوة أوروبية، وهو ما تعارضه روسيا.
وفشلت 3 جولات من المفاوضات بين روسيا وأوكرانيا في تحقيق نتائج ملموسة، في حين لا يزال من غير الواضح ما إذا كانت القمة المنتظرة ستساهم في تقريب السلام.
واستبعد بوتين عقد لقاء مع فولوديمير زيلينسكي في هذه المرحلة، وهو اجتماع يعتبر الرئيس الأوكراني أنه ضروري لتحقيق تقدم في التوصل إلى اتفاق.
يذكر أن آخر لقاء جمع ترمب وبوتين كان عام 2019 خلال قمة مجموعة العشرين في اليابان إبان ولاية ترمب الأولى، لكنهما تحدثا هاتفياً مرات عدة منذ عودة الرئيس الأمريكي إلى البيت الأبيض في 20 يناير الماضي.
على الصعيد الميداني، أعلنت هيئة الطوارئ الأوكرانية، اليوم (السبت)، إصابة 6 أشخاص بينهم طفل واندلاع حرائق في عدة أماكن جراء قصف روسي على مقاطعة خاركيف.
وأظهرت صور نشرتها الهيئة على حسابها في تليغرام حرائق في عدة مرافق، بينها المبنى الإداري للمستشفى في منطقة بوهدوخيف ومبانٍ أخرى في المقاطعة.
فيما أفادت وسائل إعلام روسية بفرض قيود على حركة الطائرات في مطارات فلاديكافكاز وكازان وكالوغا ونيجنكامسك وسامارا وأوليانوفسك. وقالت وزارة الدفاع الروسية إنها أحبطت هجوماً أوكرانياً خلال الليلة الماضية استهدف عدة مقاطعات، وإنها دمرت 97 طائرة مسيرة.

Trump announced at the White House during a summit with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan that there would be "some land exchange in favor of Russia and Ukraine," without providing further details.
Moscow demands that Ukraine cede four partially controlled regions: Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson, in addition to the Crimean Peninsula, which it annexed in 2014. However, Kyiv rejects these demands and insists on the withdrawal of Russian forces from its territories and obtaining Western security guarantees, including the continued supply of weapons and the deployment of a European force, which Russia opposes.
Three rounds of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine have failed to achieve tangible results, while it remains unclear whether the upcoming summit will contribute to bringing peace closer.
Putin has ruled out holding a meeting with Volodymyr Zelensky at this stage, a meeting that the Ukrainian president considers essential for making progress towards an agreement.
It is worth noting that the last meeting between Trump and Putin was in 2019 during the G20 summit in Japan during Trump's first term, but they have spoken by phone several times since the US president returned to the White House on January 20.
On the ground, the Ukrainian emergency service announced today (Saturday) that six people, including a child, were injured and fires broke out in several locations due to Russian shelling in the Kharkiv region.
Photos published by the agency on its Telegram account showed fires in several facilities, including the administrative building of the hospital in the Bohodukhiv area and other buildings in the region.
Meanwhile, Russian media reported restrictions on aircraft movement at the airports of Vladikavkaz, Kazan, Kaluga, Nizhnekamsk, Samara, and Ulyanovsk. The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that it thwarted a Ukrainian attack last night targeting several regions and that it destroyed 97 drones.
