The Russian army destroyed command centers of the Ukrainian armed forces, military airports, and institutions of the military-industrial complex using "Kinzhal" missiles. The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today (Tuesday) that the artillery fighters of the Russian "Tula" airborne troops destroyed a command center of the Ukrainian forces in the Sumy region.
It stated in a statement that the crews of the Grad rocket launchers, part of the Tula Forces Division of the Northern Group of Forces, are carrying out combat missions to target the enemy in the Sumy region and to establish a buffer zone along the border with Russia. It added that during aerial reconnaissance, the army discovered a large concentration of Ukrainian infantry in the forest.
According to the ministry's statement, after receiving the coordinates of the target, the crews of the Grad rocket launchers quickly moved to the designated point, and with precise missile launches, covered the specified area, resulting in the neutralization of personnel and the destruction of the Ukrainian command and control center.
It mentioned that as a result of successful operations, the Russian forces were able to disrupt coordination between Ukrainian military units, and a field ammunition depot in the area was destroyed.
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced yesterday that Russian forces targeted military airport infrastructure facilities and institutions of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex with guided strikes.
It stated that on Monday, Russian forces carried out a massive strike using hypersonic Kinzhal air-launched missiles and long-range drones against the infrastructure of the Ukrainian military airports. It noted that the strike's objective was achieved, and all designated targets were hit.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, Sergey Lebedev, coordinator of pro-Russian working groups in the Mykolaiv region, confirmed yesterday (Monday) that fuel and lubricants depots for military equipment belonging to a unit of the Ukrainian forces in the region were targeted.
In statements to the "Sputnik" agency, he said that the attacks carried out in Dnipropetrovsk disrupted the logistical operations of the Ukrainian forces for several days, confirming that a missile attack destroyed a substation at a railway intersection in the city of Synelnykove in the Dnipropetrovsk region, and heavy equipment and ammunition are currently being transported through Synelnykove to the contact line.
He confirmed that several electric locomotives were severely damaged, fuel depots for diesel locomotives and military equipment were destroyed, and personnel belonging to a military group stationed near the attack site were targeted, resulting in the death of 32 soldiers and injuring around 100 others.
