أعلن الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، اليوم (الخميس)، أن بناء الغواصات الإستراتيجية المزودة بالصواريخ يعد أولوية بالنسبة لروسيا؛ نظراً لدورها في الحفاظ على التوازن العالمي للقوى. جاء ذلك خلال اجتماع عقده في مدينة سيفيرودفينسك، بمنطقة أرخانغيلسك؛ لمناقشة إستراتيجية قوات الغواصات التابعة للبحرية الروسية.
وقال الرئيس الروسي: «هذا أحد الاتجاهات ذات الأولوية في تعزيز القوة الإستراتيجية للغواصات، وبطبيعة الحال، فإن أولوية البناء تتركز على الغواصات الإستراتيجية الصاروخية»، مضيفاً: «هذا النوع من السفن يعد أحد المكونات الأساسية للثالوث النووي، الذي يتيح لروسيا الحفاظ على توازن القوى في العالم».
وأشار إلى أن القوات النووية البحرية الروسية ستتعزز خلال السنوات القادمة بأربع غواصات إضافية من مشروع «بوريي-أ»، اثنتان منها قيد البناء بالفعل. وستزود هذه الغواصات بصواريخ «بولافا» الباليستية، مبيناً أن اثنتين من الغواصات قيد البناء حالياً، وهذه الغواصات الإستراتيجية من الجيل الأحدث مزودة بصواريخ «بولافا» الباليستية، إلى جانب أسلحة حديثة أخرى.
في غضون ذلك، حذرت المتحدثة باسم وزارة الخارجية الروسية ماريا زاخاروفا، اليوم، فرنسا من تجاهل وجود قوات الردع النووي لدى روسيا، مشددة على ضرورة أخذ العقيدة النووية الروسية بعين الاعتبار.
وقالت زاخاروفا في إحاطة إعلامية، تعليقاً على المراجعة الإستراتيجية الفرنسية الجديدة: «ننصح المخططين الإستراتيجيين في باريس، وسط اندفاعهم العسكري، بعدم نسيان أن روسيا تمتلك أيضا قوات ردع نووي، ونوصيهم بالتعرف على العقيدة النووية المحدثة لبلادنا عن كثب، إضافة إلى تخفيف حماستهم الزائدة»، مشددة على أن معدّي المراجعة الإستراتيجية الفرنسية يعلمون جيداً أن روسيا ليست لديها، ولم يكن لديها يوماً ما، خطط لمهاجمة دول الاتحاد الأوروبي أو حلف شمال الأطلسي (ناتو). ووصفت زاخاروفا الادعاءات الغربية حول هذه المخططات بـ«الكذب الدعائي والهراء، والخرافة».
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced today (Thursday) that the construction of strategic submarines equipped with missiles is a priority for Russia, given their role in maintaining the global balance of power. This came during a meeting held in the city of Severodvinsk, in the Arkhangelsk region, to discuss the strategy of the submarine forces of the Russian Navy.
The Russian president said, "This is one of the priority directions in enhancing the strategic power of submarines, and of course, the priority of construction is focused on strategic missile submarines," adding, "This type of ship is one of the essential components of the nuclear triad, which allows Russia to maintain the balance of power in the world."
He pointed out that the Russian naval nuclear forces will be strengthened in the coming years with four additional submarines from the "Borei-A" project, two of which are already under construction. These submarines will be equipped with "Bulava" ballistic missiles, noting that two of the submarines are currently under construction, and these latest generation strategic submarines are equipped with "Bulava" ballistic missiles, along with other modern weapons.
Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova warned France today against ignoring the existence of Russia's nuclear deterrent forces, emphasizing the need to take the Russian nuclear doctrine into account.
Zakharova said in a media briefing, commenting on the new French strategic review: "We advise strategic planners in Paris, amid their military rush, not to forget that Russia also possesses nuclear deterrent forces, and we recommend that they closely familiarize themselves with our updated nuclear doctrine, in addition to tempering their excessive enthusiasm," stressing that the authors of the French strategic review are well aware that Russia does not have, and has never had, plans to attack EU countries or NATO. Zakharova described the Western claims about these plans as "propaganda lies and nonsense, and a myth."
