أتلفت النيابة الجزائية المتخصصة في العاصمة المؤقتة عدن اليوم (الخميس) أكثر من 609 كيلو جرامات من المخدرات المضبوطة الأسبوع الماضي من قبل الحملة الأمنية المشتركة في محافظة لحج.
وأفادت مصادر قضائية بأن النيابة الجزائية أتلفت في عدن 456 كيلو جراماً من مادة الشبو، و126 كيلو جراماً من مادة الحشيش، عبر إحراقها بمقر النيابة الجزائية في عدن، فيما تمت عملية إتلاف 26 كيلو جراماً من مادة الهيروين المخدرة بالساحل عن طريق إذابتها وإغراقها في مياه البحر.

وقال مدير الإدارة العامة لمكافحة المخدرات بالحزام الأمني في عدن، المقدم مياس حيدرة: «إن عملية إتلاف هذه الكمية الكبيرة من المخدرات، التي ضبطتها الحملة الأمنية المشتركة، بقيادة العميد حمدي شكري في منطقة رأس العارة، بمحافظة لحج، تمت بوقت قياسي وذلك بعد أسبوع من ضبطها، مشدداً على ضرورة ملاحقة المهربين ومحاربة هذه الآفة المدمرة التي تستهدف المجتمع وخصوصاً الشباب وتزيد من انتشار الجريمة».
وأشاد حيدرة بجهود النيابة العامة في إتلاف هذه المضبوطات، واهتمام نائب رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئيسي اللواء عبدالرحمن المحرمي أبو زرعة وتوجيهاته للقوات الأمنية بمحاربة التهريب وضبط الممنوعات ومواكبته لتنفيذ الإجراءات القانونية، وصولًا إلى عملية إتلافها.
وكان مدير أمن عدن اللواء مطهر الشعيبي كشف الأسبوع الماضي وجود مصنع لإنتاج الكبتاجون المخدر في محافظة المحويت تابع للحوثيين، مؤكداً أن الأجهزة الأمنية حققت مع أحد مؤسسي ذلك المصنع الذي أقر أنه بديل للمصنع الذي كان في سورية.

وحذر مدير أمن عدن من انتشار حبوب الكبتاجون في اليمن بشكل كبير جداً بعد تأسيس المصنع الحوثي.
وتزايدت في الآونة الأخيرة، محاولات تهريب المخدرات وضبطت الأجهزة الأمنية في منفذ الوديعة خلال أقل من شهر محاولتين الأولى لتهريب مليون و500 ألف قرص مخدر مخفية داخل شحنة في 12 يونيو الماضي، فيما ضبطت شاحنة أخرى قادمة من صنعاء الأسبوع الماضي وتحمل (13,750) قرصاً مخدراً من الكبتاجون.
ووصف قائد كتيبة أمن وحماية منفذ الوديعة الحدودي العميد الركن عمير العزب الكمية بـ«المخفية»، موضحاً أن المهربين حاولوا إخفاءها داخل شاحنة تبريد وبطرق وأساليب رهيبة، لكن اليقظة للأجهزة الأمنية والدقة المتناهية فضحت تلك محاولات الإخفاء المحكمة.

Colonel Mayas Haidra, the director of the General Administration for Drug Control in the Security Belt in Aden, stated: "The destruction of this large quantity of drugs, seized by the joint security campaign led by Brigadier General Hamdi Shukri in the Ras al-Ara area of Lahij Governorate, was completed in record time, just a week after their seizure. He emphasized the necessity of pursuing traffickers and combating this destructive scourge that targets society, especially the youth, and increases the spread of crime."
Haidra praised the efforts of the public prosecution in destroying these seized items, as well as the interest of the Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Major General Abdulrahman al-Mahrimi Abu Zar'a, and his directives to the security forces to combat smuggling and control prohibited substances, along with his support for implementing legal procedures leading to their destruction.
Last week, the Director of Security in Aden, Major General Muthar al-Shaibi, revealed the existence of a Captagon drug manufacturing facility in Al-Mahwit Governorate linked to the Houthis, confirming that security agencies had interrogated one of the founders of that factory, who admitted that it was a replacement for the factory that was in Syria.

Recently, attempts to smuggle drugs have increased, with security agencies at the Al-Wadiah border crossing seizing two attempts in less than a month. The first involved smuggling one million and 500 thousand narcotic pills hidden inside a shipment on June 12, while another truck coming from Sana'a was seized last week carrying (13,750) narcotic pills of Captagon.
Brigadier General Omar al-Azab, the commander of the Security and Protection Battalion at the Al-Wadiah border crossing, described the quantity as "hidden," explaining that the traffickers attempted to conceal it inside a refrigerated truck using terrifying methods and techniques, but the vigilance of the security agencies and their meticulous precision exposed those attempts at concealment.
