اتهمت القوات الجوية الأوكرانية، اليوم (الأربعاء)، روسيا بإطلاق 728 طائرة مسيّرة، معلنة نجاح أنظمة الدفاع الجوي التابعة لها في تدمير 718 طائرة مسيّرة و7 صواريخ.
وذكرت وسائل إعلام غربية إن الضربة الروسية تركزت على مدينة لوتسك في إقليم فولين، غرب البلاد، وهو محور لوجستي يبعد مئات الكيلومترات عن خطوط الجبهة، كما سجلت انفجارات في 10 مقاطعات أخرى، من بينها العاصمة كييف، وخملنيتسكي، وترنوبل.
وأفادت السلطات المحلية بوقوع أضرار مادية جسيمة طالت مستودعات للوقود ومنشآت للطاقة، دون تسجيل قتلى في هذا الهجوم، في حين أدى هجوم منفصل نفذته طائرات مسيرة في شمال شرق البلاد إلى إصابة 3 مدنيين في مقاطعة سومي، وقطع التيار الكهربائي عن عشرات المنازل. كما أسفر قصف مدفعي على دونيتسك عن مقتل ثلاثة أشخاص وإصابة عشرة آخرين.
ووصف الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي الهجوم الروسي بأنه «رسالة استعراضية من الكرملين»، داعياً المجتمع الدولي إلى فرض عقوبات أكثر صرامة على قطاع النفط الروسي.
بالمقابل، قالت وزارة الدفاع الروسية، إنها سيطرت على قرية تولستوي في منطقة دونيتسك بشرق أوكرانيا، موضحة أن القوات الروسية قصفت مطارات عسكرية أوكرانية في هجمات خلال الليل.
وكان القائم بأعمال حاكم منطقة كورسك الروسية ألكسندر خينشتاين قد قال في وقت سابق إن 3 أشخاص قتلوا وأصيب 6، في هجوم أوكراني على شاطئ بالمدينة، مبيناً إن جميع المصابين يعالجون في المستشفيات.
The Ukrainian Air Force accused Russia today (Wednesday) of launching 728 drones, announcing the success of its air defense systems in destroying 718 drones and 7 missiles.
Western media reported that the Russian strike focused on the city of Lutsk in the Volyn region, west of the country, which is a logistical hub located hundreds of kilometers from the front lines. Explosions were also recorded in 10 other provinces, including the capital Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, and Ternopil.
Local authorities reported significant material damage affecting fuel depots and energy facilities, with no fatalities recorded in this attack. Meanwhile, a separate attack carried out by drones in the northeast of the country resulted in 3 civilians being injured in Sumy province and caused power outages in dozens of homes. Additionally, artillery shelling in Donetsk resulted in the deaths of three people and injuries to ten others.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky described the Russian attack as a "demonstrative message from the Kremlin," calling on the international community to impose stricter sanctions on the Russian oil sector.
In contrast, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that it had taken control of the village of Tolstoy in the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine, clarifying that Russian forces had bombed Ukrainian military airports in overnight attacks.
Earlier, Alexander Khinshtain, the acting governor of the Russian Kursk region, stated that 3 people were killed and 6 injured in a Ukrainian attack on a beach in the city, noting that all the injured are being treated in hospitals.
