في زيارة تعد الأولى له منذ نحو 10 أشهر، وتأتي ضمن جهوده لإنعاش مسار التسوية السياسية في اليمن، وصل المبعوث الخاص للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة إلى اليمن هانس غروندبرغ، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، إلى مدينة عدن جنوب البلاد.
ويعتبر مراقبون سياسيون أن زيارة المبعوث الأممي إلى عدن تمثل تحركاً جديداً ضمن مساعيه لاستئناف العملية السياسية بعد شهور من الركود. ومن المنتظر أن يجري خلال الزيارة محادثات مع مسؤولين حكوميين وممثلين عن القوى السياسية والمجتمع المدني.
ودعا هانس في تصريحات عقب وصوله مطار عدن الدولي، إلى اتخاذ قرارات حاسمة وجريئة لإنهاء حالة الجمود السياسي التي يمر بها اليمن. وشدد على أن اللحظة الراهنة تتطلب تحركات فاعلة من جميع الأطراف لإنقاذ العملية السياسية ودفعها نحو تسوية شاملة.
وقال في تسجيل مصوّر نشره على منصة «إكس»: رغم التحديات والتصعيد الإقليمي، إلا أن اليمن يشهد حالة من الهدوء النسبي، مؤكداً أن هذه فرصة ثمينة يجب البناء عليها لتعزيز المسار السياسي، ومعالجة الأوضاع الاقتصادية والأمنية الملحّة.
وأعرب عن أمله في إجراء محادثات جادة ومعمقة مع الأطراف اليمنية، لافتاً إلى أن الوضع لم يعد يحتمل مزيداً من التأجيل، وهناك حاجة ماسة لقرارات فاعلة تعيد الأمل في مستقبل آمن وسلمي لليمنيين.
ولفت غروندبرغ إلى أن تعقيدات المرحلة الراهنة تتطلب تكثيف الجهود الدولية والمحلية للوصول إلى حلول مستدامة، داعياً إلى إعلاء مصلحة الشعب اليمني فوق الحسابات السياسية، والعمل على تحقيق نتائج ملموسة في الملفات الإنسانية والاقتصادية.
وتجيء تحركات المبعوث الأممي فيما تشهد محادثات السلام بين الحكومة اليمنية وجماعة الحوثي جموداً واضحاً، وسط تصاعد التحذيرات من تدهور الأوضاع الإنسانية واستمرار الانقسام السياسي، في ظل غياب خطوات حقيقية لبناء الثقة أو التقدم في ملفات رفع المعاناة عن السكان.

In a visit that marks his first in nearly 10 months and comes as part of his efforts to revive the political settlement process in Yemen, the United Nations Secretary-General's Special Envoy to Yemen, Hans Grundberg, arrived today (Tuesday) in the city of Aden in the south of the country.
Political observers consider that the UN envoy's visit to Aden represents a new move in his efforts to resume the political process after months of stagnation. During the visit, he is expected to hold talks with government officials and representatives of political forces and civil society.
In statements made after his arrival at Aden International Airport, Hans called for decisive and bold decisions to end the political deadlock that Yemen is experiencing. He emphasized that the current moment requires effective actions from all parties to save the political process and push it towards a comprehensive settlement.
In a video recording posted on the platform "X," he stated: "Despite the challenges and regional escalation, Yemen is witnessing a state of relative calm," affirming that this is a precious opportunity that should be built upon to enhance the political path and address urgent economic and security conditions.
He expressed hope for serious and in-depth discussions with the Yemeni parties, noting that the situation can no longer tolerate further delays, and there is an urgent need for effective decisions that restore hope for a secure and peaceful future for Yemenis.
Grundberg pointed out that the complexities of the current phase require intensifying international and local efforts to reach sustainable solutions, calling for prioritizing the interests of the Yemeni people over political calculations and working to achieve tangible results in humanitarian and economic files.
